Aquarium Visit with Big Sis

"C'mon, big sis, we're almost there!" You were dragging the eye-patched girl by one of her arms, flanked by Hibari, who was grabbing onto the other arm and dragging her as well. You had gotten tickets to the local aquarium for the three of you, surprising her with them one day after school. Having planned your visit for the weekend, you were now speeding for the front gates of the building, eager to experience an aquarium for the first time.

Presenting your tickets to the staff at the front counter, you and Hibari stopped dragging Yagyuu and spun around to face her, eagerness present on both of your faces.
"So, where do you want to go first, big sis?" you asked, looking around at the people walking by and the signs pointing to various tanks. After a moment of careful deliberation, Yagyuu mumbled out her answer, "...the squid tank."

Grabbing her arm again, you shouted, "Alright, let's go big sis!" Dragging her along as Hibari tagged along behind the both of you, you followed the sign that read 'Squid Tank' and ran down a ramp inside the main building of the aquarium. Slowing down as you started seeing the reflections of lights on the floor, you kept a grip on Yagyuu's arm as the three of you saw a large tentacle pressed up against the glass of the closest tank.

Entering the room entirely, you could see the entirety of the 'Squid Tank', which should have been more aptly named the 'Squid Room', as the only tanks that you could see inside were filled with a variety of squids. Looking around, you let go off Yagyuu's arm as you walked up to the nearest tank, pressing your face up against it as you stared at the strange type of squid inside. Hibari followed suit not too far from you, gazing at the gigantic squid situated inside the tank she'd chosen to look at. Looking back at the center of the room, you found Yagyuu slowly rotating in place, taking in the sight of so many squids in a single location. Walking over to her, you placed a hand on her shoulder and gave her a little shake, breaking her out of her trance.
"Big sis...? You OK?"
Turning to face you, you saw that her eye was filled with...stars? She wore a giddy smile, and as you kept your hand on her shoulder, you realized that she was trembling slightly. When she finally spoke, her voice was cheerful and excited, radiating energy as she exclaimed, "Yes, Anon, I feel great!"
Suddenly, she rocketed away from you as she pressed her face against the glass of the tank with the giant squid you had seen earlier, before she quickly zipped towards another tank with an exotic squid inside of it. Yagyuu kept bounding around the room, taking in the sights of so many squids, such a short distance from one another.

Eventually, you'd gotten pretty tired of staring at the squishy cephalopods, and you and Hibari managed to drag Yagyuu away from the squids after promising that you would all come back when you were finished at looking at the rest of the aquarium. The three of you wandered around, staring at the variety of fish and other sea creatures spread around the immense amount of tanks, separated into rooms that usually had a specific theme to them. The three of you had a great time watching the many creatures on display as they swam around, living out their lives in their tanks. Eventually, the three of you happened upon a gift shop, and as a joke and a reminder of today, you bought yourself and the girls some novelty hats and plushies, Yagyuu getting a squid hat and a plushie, you and Hibari getting some kind of fish for your gifts.

As the day started to wind down, the three of you gravitated back towards the 'Squid Tank'. Stepping back inside, Yagyuu walked into the middle of the room as she took in all of the squids one last time. Sighing contentedly, she walked back to you and Hibari as you asked her how she liked the visit to the aquarium.
"It was...fun, Anon." She gave you a warm, sisterly smile as she pulled you in for a hug. "Thank you for today..." Hibari took it upon herself to join in on the hug, wrapping her arms around both of you as she thanked you for the day out as well. You saw tears starting to form in Yagyuu's eyes as you all stood together, though she quickly wiped them away when the hug ended. Happy to have treated your 'big sis' to a fun day out, all three of you walked out of the aquarium together, wishing each other a good night as you went your separate ways.
