- Btools for Roblox
- Btools Roblox is a free game development environment by Mxuffinzz with several utilities and icons on the side. You don’t need to work with scripts, as it provides a visual environment to place and expand objects. Other types of app on the platform that work in a similar way include Its Raining Tacos, Lua Virus Classic, and Online Studio.
- While the building tools help you learn how to model objects in a 3D environment, you can also export your creations and import them in Roblox Studio. It’s an interactive area, but you’ll spend more time developing items than actually moving around. The map is small but big enough to play around with settings.
- Building environment
- Not many development apps on the platform is as versatile as Btools Roblox. Sure, it could use some music in the background, but the main focus is seeing how building tools work. You start with a small square platform with grass, surrounding by blue skies with clouds.
- Selection of tools
- On the right side of the Btools Roblox screen is where you’ll find the building tools icons. When you hover over each one, you’ll see tooltips appear for what they do and how to use them. Interacting with them makes something happen to an object you’ve placed before you. There’s also a timer at the top showing how long you’ve been in the game.
- Exporting scripts
- If you’re satisfied with what you’ve built but want to take it a step further, you can export the script and upload it into Roblox Studio. It’s ideal if you want to make an item in Btools Roblox before using it as an object in the Studio version. It’s almost like working in Blender before importing your creation into Unreal Engine 5.
- Make a Roblox game
- Btools Roblox might not provide much educational value, but you’ll have time to see how to create objects and manipulate them. You can add textures, colors, materials, and more to your items while also playing with dimensions and shapes.
- The tools are easy to access and use, while the tooltips are incredibly helpful. If you want to make an item for Roblox Studio, this is the place.
