captain requirements:
Must have 6 season of HHCL/PGHL combined (no minors)
Must have 1 season of 5v5
Must have had admin in the past (no mionrs)
Must have had good rep with admin
Must have a low profile on cheating history
Any other info that would help you get a team

Captain submissions are due by 8/4/17 (Friday August 4th) Looking for 6 teams at least. 8 if i get really good submissions
