Here is how things will be ran:

When ever you want to invite someone, ICly, they will be working for YOU (The Capo) directly. I'm sure you know how to RP an invitation so I wont bother. What I will bother with is the level of knowledge of the player. Newbs are out of the questions. Anyone under who does not know the full meanings of all the RP terms MUST be a guard at the HQ, or a worker at the Bistro until level 8. With that being said, when you invite someone, test their knowledge of OOC terms.

2-4 Members:[/i]
When there's a low amount of members online, group up and stick together. Thus, making your job of leading the faction much easier with everyone in one spot. Together, you can do tons of stuff. Script-wise, there's plently. There's not much to do non script-wise other than taxing INDIVIDUALS. When you tax, make sure it's under our turfs and it isn't against an ally.

Idly, the best idea would be to rob a business. You can do that if you wish to do so. Remember; Rob something that must have a good amount of cash. When robbing, make sure the one that did the command, normally a Capo, should have an escape vehicle parked outside of the business. The main idea is to rush everyone outside when the robbery is done, spread the cops out, and the robber escapes. There's plenty more things such as taxing big hot spots, burrito runs, helicopter runs, sultan runs etc. etc.

One activity that I'll like for the faction to start doing is the usage of the Bistro. When ever you guys are bored out of ideas, go to the Bistro and RP serving guests. Ofc, try to bring other players from other factions via ads or straight forward communication.
