Why do you think you are suitable for Faction Staff?
I think I am suitable for Factions Staff for multiple reasons. I am very responsible and mature. I try my best to follow the rules and not break them. I will not abuse my power. I will make sure other players do the same. I am kind and organized in many ways. I am funny sometimes but mostly serious and very serious about my job. I enjoy playing the game and have always liked to help out fellow users if they have problems or questions. I understand being a Helper takes hard work and dedication. I am dedicated to the server, and I always will be. As a Helper, I would help all users who have questions, while punishing those who break the rules, I would be fair to all users and communicate the guidelines for the server, leading by example. I have read and understood all the rules so I will be able to enforce them.

I also am a big Faction player which means I have an outstanding knowledge of how Factions work on MCC. I obviously know the basic commands like how to create a faction, claims, unclaims, owner claims, etc. I know the rules such as you cannot go over the 20 claim chunk buffer, raid detectors, and near bots are not allowed. I also know a lot about cannons and base building/protections. I can help out users on how to properly make straights, wraps, filters, cuts, slabs, etc. I will be able to represent the server in the best possible way by enforcing the rules, helping all players and helping players mainly with Factions.

I enjoy challenges and think I’m a great candidate since I love to help others. Whenever someone asks a question I am one of the first people to answer. Also when people are breaking the rules, I report them on the forums or use chatreport in-game. As a Helper, I will help a lot of players as I can on the forums and in-game as much as I can. I can also contribute positively with my moderation skills, great grammar, and answering all questions/helping all the player(s) who request my assistance
Why can we trust you with the permissions of helper?
You can trust me with Helper permissions because I am mature and very responsible so I will not abuse. I have been studying the rules for over 4 years already and I know them all so I will only use my powers to punish players. So I use my permissions for a good cause and not for fun. I will punish anyone who breaks the rule, even my brother or close friend, doesn't matter. I will not punish someone for no reason or no proof. I have been a trustable person and still am, I have been in many factions none of them have thought I betray them. I will collect evidence for every punishment and save it in a folder on my desktop so it does not get lost. I will also use my permission to contact higher up staff such as in-game admin chat to call for Mods, minutes to see if I finished my minute requirements and other commands that will be needed for moderation purposes only.

Why did you decide to apply for Faction Staff and not regular Staff?
I decided to apply for Factions staff instead of regular staff because I think my main activity is on Factions. Factions is a very intense gamemode so there are a lot of rule breakers and at the moment not many staff members moderate it so since I have a big knowledge of Factions, I want to contribute most of my time to Factions than another sub-server. I will still be active on other sub-servers but I will mainly moderate Factions. I've been playing Factions for about 4 years so I think I would fit better as a Factions staff member as I want to use this knowledge and contribute to the Faction community and make it a better place. I will thrive and work hard to achieve lots of goals a long the way.
