Joltenne is an Electric-type Gym Leader who also is the owner of her own Food Truck which is powered by electric Pokemon charges. She tends to have a peppy and fiery personality.

Her hair color is of a soft cobalt blue color and her skin is of a healthy color with a hue of brown (I suck at descriptions so let's say, somewhat close to Bea's skin tone) and has ice blue eyes. She always wear a raichu orange bandana atop her head with Raichu-like stripes.

As for body clothing she has a black shortsleeved or sleeveless black top and darker blue or opaque tone blue pants, Grey or black-ish gloves and black sneakers. Up front she wears a apron with the symbol of a Pokeball on it which can be of a white color or white with a bit of a yellow tone.

She can be carrying a spatula in her hand or just have a fist rising forward, but I jsut want her in a energized pose ready to battle or cook next to her Alolan Raichu.

Feel free to change any of her clothes colors if you think they don't mesh well too: I ABSOLUTELY SUCK at picking colors. So any ways she can look like less of a fashion desaster the better.

I don't know how much that will cost but I think I have enough cash to pay for it. Thank you so much Vergo!!
