  6. >remember who you are
  7. [OUTPUT: Uh, you're Azure?]
  8. > Inspect environment.
  9. >Recall where you are
  10. [OUTPUT: You are on your ship. You just unwelded the door to drop onto the island in the Mu Sector.]
  11. Right
  12. >Examine Island
  13. [OUTPUT: The place is primarily flat arcanium slate, though there are a few energy bubbles and the rather obvious building in the center.]
  14. [OUTPUT: You'd presume it holds the medkit you detected earlier.]
  15. > Pop energy bubble.
  16. >Don't recall detecting a medkit
  17. [OUTPUT: Don't be ridiculous!]
  18. [OUTPUT: That would kill you.]
  19. >Azure: Descend.
  20. >Head towards building
  21. [OUTPUT: You definitely recall detecting it, but whatever.]
  22. >Weapon ready
  23. [OUTPUT: You drop out of the ship, Lapotron Power Core at hand.]
  24. [OUTPUT: Slowly striding over to the brick building, you reach it without incident.]
  25. [OUTPUT: There does not appear to be an entrance.]
  26. > Blast it open with laser gun or whatever.
  27. >Use weapon to see if building contains any liquid
  28. [OUTPUT: Lapotron Core detects a positive. Five liters of a mix of iodine and water.]
  29. > Blast. The side. Open.
  30. >Pull mix towards you, but not too quickly
  31. >Actually just push it towards the other eall
  32. Wall
  33. Serpent, the weapon controls water
  34. >FIND A WAY
  35. [OUTPUT: A sharp screeching noise of grinding metal echoes through the air as the brick wall before you is torn down to molecules by an iodine/water mix.]
  36. There we go
  37. [OUTPUT: Dust pours out into the world. You cough a little.]
  38. >peer into the dimness
  39. >Examine damage
  40. Mmh
  41. [OUTPUT: You appear to have carved out a one by three meter hole in the wall, nearly perfectly done.]
  42. [OUTPUT: Anyhow, you peer into the darkness.]
  43. [OUTPUT: You do not appear to discern anything but a pale green light.]
  44. Gatsby confirm imo
  45. [OUTPUT: It is in the right corner of the room, furthest from you.]
  46. >look to see if there is moonlight
  47. >or just night in general
  48. > Walk inside, moving the water-iodine with you
  49. [OUTPUT: There is no moon. You are in the Void.]
  50. > So you can use it as a weapon if need be
  51. >Use phone as flashlight, shine into darkness
  52. [OUTPUT: Holophone ready as a flashlight, you step into the darkness, water-iodine mix at hand.]
  53. [OUTPUT: The room is mostly empty.]
  54. CAT made PP an OP.
  55. >say "Spooky" out loud
  56. Tis fine.
  57. [OUTPUT: "Spooky."]
  58. >Examine green light
  59. Anyone mind giving me an update on what's going on
  60. [OUTPUT: Your eyes trace the path to the green light.]
  61. We're in a room with a green lighht
  62. It's spooky
  63. pp at
  64. Welp
  65. That doesn't work
  66. Guess !'m gonna be gone for a bit
  67. [OUTPUT: ((http://pastebin.com/RvBTWEtp]
  68. [OUTPUT: Alright. You examine the green light.]
  69. You can ping me with Toast
  70. [OUTPUT: It is, predictably, a medkit.]
  71. And me with serpent/Serpent/serp/Serp
  72. I mean, I'm sure Erelye appreciates not being pinges every time someone says at
  73. >Check if it's damaged
  74. >Also, see where iodine water mix came from
  75. [OUTPUT: You walk over to the medkit, running a hand over the pseudoplastic. It appears to be undamaged.]
  76. >afterwards, check where the screeching metal sound came from earlier
  77. > Check to see if you are in any way injured.
  78. [OUTPUT: Looking over to the other side of the room, you see a large cracked metallic tube jutting up from the floor, a large hole in its side.]
  79. [OUTPUT: This appears to be where the mixture came from.]
  80. [OUTPUT: Odd.]
  81. >stare down the tube
  82. >without caution
  83. >Take medkit first
  84. [OUTPUT: You take the medkit.]
  85. [OUTPUT: You now have three medkits once more.]
  86. [OUTPUT: You proceed to step over to the tube, and carelessly stare down it.]
  87. [OUTPUT: It appears to descend further than you can see.]
  88. >See if you have anything to contain iodine/water mix
  89. > Throw down a pebble or something of that type.
  90. [OUTPUT: You have no pebbles.]
  91. >a brick
  92. > Something light and replaceable.
  93. [OUTPUT: Sadly, you can do nothing with the iodine/water mixture but keep it in the air.]
  94. CURRENT godmoddedGolem [CGG] RIGHT NOW responded to memo.
  95. [OUTPUT: You have no more containers.]
  96. >Wonder if containers could contain mixture if emptied.
  97. thank
  98. [OUTPUT: The only containers you have on you are four full vials of water.]
  99. [OUTPUT: It would be literally useless to attempt some feat of that kind.]
  100. >You still need to throw down something to test the height.
  101. [OUTPUT: You pick up a brick, in that case.]
  102. [OUTPUT: Do you drop said brick into the tube?]
  103. > Y
  104. >n
  105. [OUTPUT: You do not do this.]
  106. >Drop mixture into the tube
  107. >shine light down tube
  108. [OUTPUT: You pour the mixture hydrokinetically down the thing.]
  109. [OUTPUT: It bubbles once, then twice, before flowing down.]
  110. >Listen for sliding noise until you can no longer hear it
  111. [OUTPUT: You hear nothing already.]
  112. [OUTPUT: Nothing, save for a rather familiar hissing.]
  113. >Leave
  114. [OUTPUT: You immediately turn around and rush to the ship, eyes wide.]
  115. >whats that hissing
  116. >Weld door shut
  117. Nothing good
  118. [OUTPUT: Before you can leap up the hatch, a tendril of pure gray plasmatic energy bursts up from the building.]
  119. >Azure: Ascend
  120. [OUTPUT: The structure is instantly annihilated.]
  121. [OUTPUT: As you get out your welding equipment, a thin string of gray psioenergy leaps across the island, nearing you.]
  122. >say "rip"out loud
  123. [OUTPUT: Would you like to engage in combat?]
  124. >Yes
  125. >Yes
  126. >y
  127. [OUTPUT: You can't attack something you can only see the essence of, hah!]
  128. >In that case, run!
  129. >ASCEND
  130. >Weld faster
  131. > WHILE BLACK PLAYS
  132. [OUTPUT: You weld faster and faster.]
  133. [OUTPUT: The tendril snags your foot.]
  134. [OUTPUT: It is an odd sensation, to say the least.]
  135. >say "oh no" out loud
  136. [OUTPUT: A combination of searing heat and coolness.]
  137. [OUTPUT: You realize that you are indeed screaming quite loudly.]
  138. [OUTPUT: The thing begins to pull on your foot.]
  139. >Weld the thing
  140. > Weld it
  141. >dammit
  142. [OUTPUT: You use the welder on the psiotendril.]
  143. [OUTPUT: The energy seems to momentarily dissipate upon contact with the flame.]
  144. [OUTPUT: Please enter command.]
  145. >Hmm
  146. > Weld continue
  147. > While it's stunned or w/e
  148. >watch where the tendril is comming from
  149. [OUTPUT: You look out a nearby window whilst you weld the hatch down.]
  150. [OUTPUT: Some sort of levitating robotic centurion appears to be emitting the energy from its energy core.]
  151. [OUTPUT: Suprisingly, the energy core is in fact NOT The Oracle.]
  152. [OUTPUT: Huh.]
  153. >Toss a needle of water at the strange robot in hopes of getting it to shut down?
  154. > While also welding
  155. [OUTPUT: You fire a needle of concentrated H20 at the centurion's head.]
  156. [OUTPUT: In the process of grabbing your Lapotron Core, you put the welder down.]
  157. [OUTPUT: The needle impales the thing directly through the right eye.]
  158. CPP ceased responding to memo.
  159. [OUTPUT: The orchid light of the thing flickers several times, before depowering.]
  160. >...
  161. [OUTPUT: The thing's power core glows with twice the intensity.]
  162. >why always orchid
  163. >Crap.
  164. [OUTPUT: It begins to soar toward you, mostly unaffected.]
  165. >WELD FASTER
  166. [OUTPUT: You desperately toss the Lapotron Core to the side, and grab the welder, getting back to work.]
  167. [OUTPUT: As you do so, you watch as a metallic fist pushes a portion of the hatch up some four inches.]
  168. [OUTPUT: Now might be a GREAT time for that ion cannon, you know?]
  169. [OUTPUT: While it is distracted with the door.]
  170. > Ion cannon!
  171. > And then Ascend in your spacecraft if at all possible
  172. >Also wonder what would happen if you set off without a sealed door
  173. [OUTPUT: Ah, but you can't have it destroy the door! Then you'll be trapped.]
  174. [OUTPUT: You'd die. Almost immediately.]
  175. >Utilise strategy
  176. > Ion cannon into weld into fly
  177. >Okay, shoot it with the ion cannon. If you can get a shot without damaging your ship TOO much...
  178. [OUTPUT: Hmm. It might be a little late for that.]
  179. >x.x
  180. [OUTPUT: You could always retract the hatch to keep the thing from destroying it...]
  181. I said it right after you suggested it
  182. [OUTPUT: Suggestions are not always guarantees of the best outcome.]
  183. > DO NOT RETRACT THE HATCH THEN
  184. [OUTPUT: They might even be... distactions.]
  185. >Ignore all distactions
  186. > WELD IT TO THE HATCH TO SEAL THE HATCH
  187. [OUTPUT: But which are true, and which are false?]
  188. >Check for water inside the thing
  189. [OUTPUT: You continue to weld, frantically.]
  190. [OUTPUT: There is no water.]
  191. [OUTPUT: Also, your weapon has been discarded on the ground.]
  192. >Is that water needle still in its eye -- dammit.
  193. > Use the robot thing as part of the door by welding it to the hatch, crippling it and sealing the hatch.
  194. [OUTPUT: That water needle has been reduced to a puddle that is probably beneath it...]
  195. [OUTPUT: Select course of action from suggestions.]
  196. > No
  197. >n
  198. [OUTPUT: Very well.]
  199. [OUTPUT: Please enter command.]
  200. > Use the robot thing as part of the door by welding it to the hatch, crippling it and sealing the hatch.
  201. [OUTPUT: You'd have to let it in first!]
  202. > Eat the welding torch.
  203. >just kidding
  204. >the torch ruse was a...
  205. >distaction
  206. [OUTPUT: ACHIEVEMENT GET: Distaction Joke.]
  207. Maybe this will work
  208. > Snop.
  209. [OUTPUT: Have you considered seeing if Delta is online?]
  210. >Ask Delta for help, perhaps.
  211. [OUTPUT: You quickly pull up Skype on your phone, terrified.]
  212. [OUTPUT: The guy is indeed on.]
  213. [OUTPUT: What do you say?]
  214. skype is still a thing
  215. >"Help, there's a robot with the same psioenergy as the Oracle! Attacking me! What do I do?"
  216. >*Zeta Sector
  217. > >"Help, there's a robot with the same psioenergy as in Zeta Sector! Attacking me! What do I do?"
  218. [OUTPUT: He responds almost immediately.]
  219. [OUTPUT: "Okay, where are you."]
  220. > "Mu Sector"
  221. "Near what used to be a large brick building"
  222. [OUTPUT: "Ugh. Alright. That's a Centurion Sojourner."]
  223. ((Huh, I just noticed Delta's color is very similar to mine.))
  224. [OUTPUT: "Class forty-six psionic beta-core, armed with what is probably a β-Bioschema."]
  225. > "So what do I do?"
  226. [OUTPUT: "Don't touch the schema. You haven't been identified by G.M.F. to be able to carry one, and it'll probably burn you limbs off. Take out the core."]
  227. > Take out the core.
  228. [OUTPUT: How? It is beneath about a meter of solid metal.]
  229. [OUTPUT: Along with the Centurion itself.]
  230. > Cause a distaction, dodgeroll outside, blast the metal with ion cannon, and then spear the core with watere?
  231. [OUTPUT: The ion cannon is both attached to the ship and controlled in the deck.]
  232. >ok
  233. >Lift off, but stay near the island in order to keep, well, breathing and out of the deep Void. While it's chasing you, blast it with a non-filtered ion cannon shot.
  234. [OUTPUT: You sprint over to the deck as the sound of metal on metal rings through the air.]
  235. [OUTPUT: With some difficulty, due to the fact that you are shaking a noticable amount, you manage to get into a low-orbit flight around the island.]
  236. [OUTPUT: Then, you get onto the ion cannon. Would you like to aim?]
  237. [OUTPUT: Or just fire randomly, like last time.]
  238. > First, try to aim. Then, if you continue missing, just fire a barrage, trying to not hit anything important on the island.
  239. [OUTPUT: You carefully aim the cannon, and manage to strike the thing in the very hand that is imbedded in the bottom of the ship's hatch.]
  240. [OUTPUT: The thing is immediately torn from the Centurion's body, sailing to the ground below, along with a bit of some cyanic mechanovitae.]
  241. [OUTPUT: The Centurion collapses to the base of the island, power core still functional.]
  242. >Descend to get a better shot, aim well, and blast it right in the core.
  243. [OUTPUT: You lower the elevation of the ion cannon, and prepare carefully, freaking out considerably less than before.]
  244. [OUTPUT: Prey slaughtered.]
  245. [OUTPUT: The thing's blackened chest fizzles several times with dark navy sparks, before it deactivates. However, the entirety of the Centurion is otherwise intact.]
  246. >Perhaps you can salvage something from it. But, if you find a bioschema, leave well enough alone.
  247. [OUTPUT: You land back down on the island, somewhat away from the smoking ruins of the brick building.]
  248. [OUTPUT: Exiting the mildly damaged hatch, you walk over to the lifeless husk.]
  249. [OUTPUT: What would you like to salvage?]
  250. >salvage metal platıng
  251. Get some of the metal, perhaps.
  252. [OUTPUT: You remove as much as the meal as you can, leaving most of the functional innards exposed. +5 hunks of Refined Infused Arcanium.]
  253. [OUTPUT: +2 hunks of vesperium.]
  254. >salvage ınnards
  255. [OUTPUT: What parts of the innards do you wish to salvage? Head, chest, arms, legs?]
  256. [OUTPUT: You may examine them individually to determine what's there to take, exactly.]
  257. >Examine the head.
  258. [OUTPUT: You carefully probe the head.]
  259. [OUTPUT: You've got the core circuit that you do not really understand the inner workings of at all, despite being an IT worker, some psioglass tubes for transporting cyanic mechanovitae across the body, and a few cool orchid neon lights.]
  260. [OUTPUT: Would you like to examine anything else?]
  261. >Check the chest.
  262. [OUTPUT: You check the chest. Most of it is an unrecognizable scorched mass of silicon, but there are a few things you can see have survived mostly unharmed. There's the remnants of some sort of injector pipe, and a glowing cyan cube with various symbols inscribed upon it. Do you take them?]
  263. >Not the cube.
  264. >But yes, the pipe.
  265. >Also take everything from the head.
  266. [OUTPUT: You take the injector pipe, and everything in the head. Would you like to examine anything else?]
  267. >Then, check the arms and legs.
  268. [OUTPUT: The arms and legs are rather simplistic in design. You've got a few tubes of backup cyanic mechanovitae in each arm, along with the sonic repulsor engines in each of the shortened legs, for levitation purposes.]
  269. [OUTPUT: Do you take them?]
  270. >Yep.
  271. [OUTPUT: You grab those as well, leaving everything else behind. What now?]
  272. >Re-enter the ship. Subsequently, repair and finish welding that hatch.
  273. [OUTPUT: You leap back into the ship, and flatten the impression in the hatch. You know, if you went to some sort of supply station like that one out back by the Omicron Sector, you might be able to fully repair this thing, so you don't have to do this every time.]
  274. >Head towards the main island.
  275. [OUTPUT: You activate the ship's engines, and plot a route to the Mu Sector's main island. ]
  276. [OUTPUT: ETA: one hour.]
  277. [OUTPUT: Would you like to save your game?]
  278. >Save.
  279. [OUTPUT: Saving...]
  280. [OUTPUT: Saving...]
  281. [OUTPUT: Game saved successfully.]
  282. [OUTPUT: Would you like to continue, or quit your game?]
  283. >Hm.
  284. >Quit. For now.
  285. [OUTPUT: Game quit.]
