I am sure that by now WHT readers know that posts like this generally are not true. They are just retaliation for abusers and rule breakers having their services suspended or terminated.

Your account was terminated under our TOS for multiple breaches of AUP which led to your IPs being listed in RBLs (6 October 2018) and multiple DMCA complaints. Please refer to Clause 3 (Term and Termination) of our TOS.

After we notified you of the most recent 2 DMCA complaints you wrote this in a ticket:

Hello, i'd like to know what is the procedure when you receive a DMCA
without physical or e-signatures.
Because i received a few and i need to know if they are ignored (for lack
of valid signature), forwarded to us, or enforced on your end (ie: You
delete files on our server).

I am pretty happy with your service and i would hate 1 person spamming
bogus dmca ruin everything.

Our response was:

We have received multiple abuse complaints for the IP hosted on your server. Please see the tickets #736862 and #175073 for more details. You would need to fix the issue within 24 hours. We consider abuse complaints seriously. We will be forced to suspend the server if this is not resolved within 24 hours.
You then replied:

Thanks i will remove them, please allow some time to do them all.
"Thanks I will remove then" clearly shows that the latest batch of DMCA complaints were valid. You don't remove something that isn't there.

However at the same time you were trying to claim that the DMCA notices were not valid:

Honestly you already have my money so might as well do whatever you want with me, it's not like i have any consumer right.
Our, very patient, support staff replied:

Do you have the rights to use these contents on your website?
And your response was:

Please suspend me, i have no rights, same as the dmca sender.
Following that I made the decision to terminate your services (under our TOS, as above) because not only had there been multiple TOS violations you were refusing to cooperate with our, very reasonable, support staff who were trying to ensure that any DMCA issue had been resolved.

I believe the host sums up the issue all together.
