You're not getting unbanned. Ever. You've been given chance after chance after chance and you have continued to evade your bans, in which your initial ban was only temporary for insulting in battle. You've already proven to be untrustworthy due to your constant evasion. I think it's time for you to move on from PO.

Alternatively, if you continue to evade, you will continue to be banned and your ISP will be notified for breaching their terms and conditions.
