By paying this invoice, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions:

The term "buyer" is reference to the entity that purchases this product who, at the time of writing this invoice, goes by the Discord ID @Erupt#0001, Twitter ID @eruptions_, and whose PayPal and contact email is erup7ions@gmail.com.

The term “seller” is reference to the entity that sells this product who, at the time of writing this invoice, goes by the name Wendy Leung, Discord ID Mason#8039, Twitter ID @Quads and whose PayPal and contact email is Wengotmail@yahoo.com

The buyer agrees to pay $860 USD.

Delivery of item: After receiving the notification of full payment of this invoice, 'Project Destroyer and EveAIO Bots’ will be delivered to the buyer through email within one business day. The email will contain three elements formally known as the License key, Download Link, and Slack Invite. There will be no subsequent emails. The email will be sent to the recipient of this invoice, kmsnkrs@gmail.com, and is to be paid by the said recipient. Any attempt to dispute this information should be recognized by PayPal as an attempt to fraudulently acquire the item while avoiding payment. There will be no physical shipment, nor tracking information involved.

Status of item: Due to the nature of this product, a digital product known as “Project Destroyer and EVEAIO,” it is very important that the buyer exercise discretion with the product. The product contains ‘key’ information, described as unique, personal objects that should not be shared with others, besides those involved in this transaction and those formally associated with ‘Project Destroyer and EVEAIO.’ Sharing this information, or sharing information regarding this transaction with others puts the buyer at risk of personally forfeiting the item, for which the seller should assume no responsibility. The buyer must exercise safe internet activity, only using this key information in its correct situation. Failure to do so could possibly result in the forfeiture of the item, for which the seller assumes no responsibility. By purchasing the item, the buyer agrees to full, personal understanding of the correct situations in which to use this information.

Warranty / Support of the item: The seller assumes no responsibility of the longevity of the item, and will not issue a warranty on the item. There will be no customer-support given to the buyer by the seller. If, in any case, the seller chooses to assist the buyer, then the assistance given to the buyer is up to the discretion of the seller, and is only subject to interpretation by the seller. Any attempt to use this support, only given to the buyer in circumstances in which the seller is acting out of generosity, as measure to leverage a dispute with PayPal should be recognized by PayPal as such. If the buyer requests support, they should contact Project Destroyer or EVEAIO support directly.

Once this product has been transferred to the buyer, it is important to note that the information contained in the product will be deemed useless to the seller given a situation in which the buyer attempts to chargeback the payment of the item. Given this situation, the product would not be recoverable by the seller, and would remain in possession of the buyer. Any attempt to dispute payment should be recognized by PayPal as an attempt to fraudulently acquire the item, while avoiding payment. Such acts of fraud will be treated as such and handled by appropriate governing bodies and, if necessary, will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Disclosure of information regarding this transaction to anyone, especially those associated with Project Destoryer’s or EVEAIO's personal support team, could result in termination of the key, for which the seller assumes no responsibility.
