- of how fast a person's stack can be destroyed. I did some testing with a 147 dps IC, but it really increased
- the game pace due to how fast stacks melted and edged closer to CPM, which is cool, but not the goal of the
- ruleset. Tier 2 weapons are of course balanced around tier 1 weapons still. So as of right now, the guns are
- mostly balanced around a 140 dps IC, since I feel the pace is in a pretty good spot, especially with the
- old movement. It's a bit faster than rama ruleset, but you should still be able to play a bit slower if you
- desire, and stack is still relatively strong.
