The second game for my year of harvest moon was The Lost Valley and the Any% category. I started doing speedruns of this game not too long after I got it, just following the guide that was on fogu. I had done a few runs, with the idea that I would then stream more runs soon. That was at the end of 2015. Whoops.

Because of the linearity of the game, the route hasn't really changed much since I began speedrunning it, but there are always a few small movement and menu optimisations that can be and have been made. I was quite surprised with my pb, as all of my offline times had been over 3 hours, and my first streamed run beat that by quite a bit. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite get lucky enough to finish any more runs for the rest of the month.

Overall, there's a decent chance of me returning to this game in the future, purely just to get a pb that has better luck, but I don't think it'll become one of my main games.
