Celestial Summoner Duel Revelations

   Yuki Tokona, physically not an imposing woman, short, and often adorned with a witchy little costume with high boots, a a dark blue almost dress slit down both legs with a gold trim, a rather tight top designed in much the same manner to show off her cleavage pressed up by her corset; and wearing a rather oversized "witch hat" with her long brown hair almost standing in for cape over her back. She often carries around with her a gnarled wooden staff that curls at the top. She is the current top summoner of the Sain Kingdom royal adventurer's guild, the guild master before her; her own mother, having gone off to found the Lobo Guild; which has since retired from. Yuki would marry at a young age, her husband, Travis Tokona is the current guild master of the Sain Kingdom Royal Adventurer's Guild. Despite apperances Yuki is not the head summoner out of nepotism, but true skill.  While Yuki had been away on business Mirai had returned home. Only a few times would Rhoan vanish into thin air, summoned by Yuki as he is her partner spirit, contracted to her by inheritence. Today however behind their family estate Yuki is standing at one end of a field marked in white lines while her daughter Mirai is at the other end. Beside Yuki is Rhoan, now standing as a seven foot tall knight in black armor with a blacker cape, clawed gauntlets, sharp accents along his armor, and a helmet with a T-shaped opening for the face, however save for a pair of red glowing slits for eyes only swirling darkness is within the helmet. Tempestia stands beside Mirai in her usual nature goddess form. Not far off Holly Lia is watching, Yuki occassionally looking her way with an air of suspicion in her eyes.

   "So," says Yuki, "I've read the reports of your recent jobs Mirai; and Rhoan has told me a few things. Looks like you summoned his younger sister; and a witch that was her lover has followed her here. I also heard you went to Agaron city; and had a duel with this witch outside of it involving some very powerful spirits. I also heard she came through a spirit reflection mirror. If you want to sell your own soul I can't stop you; but at least get me some grandkids before you start thinking about things like that; seriously Mirai you're still young."

   Mirai looks away and *sighs*, "No mom, it wasn't about that. It just...um...my past life self apparently knew Tempestia; I had to confirm it; my spirit is some kind of nature spirit."

  "Oh," says Yuki, her complete lack of surprise, surprising Holly Lia and Tempestia, "not too unheard of I suppose. But come to the guild first next time okay, Agaron city has too many spirit poachers. You're skilled dear but there are still plenty of challenges ahead. Which, brings us to this duel."

  She nods to Rhoan, "Show them what I have taught you."

  Rhoan lunges forward quickly summoning a massive broadsword covered in black flames, Tempestia doesn't move, instead she floats a few inches off the ground and catches the blade in her hand. She looks up, eyes glowing blue and smiles. In mere seconds her form changes, hair shortening and turning red, her clothes chaning to her black and red sorceress attire. With a flick of the wrist she knocks Rhoan to the ground.

   "I can see more of a family resemblance now," says Yuki, "so this is your spirit's true form."

  "Not even close," remarks Rhulan as she lets out a boisterous laugh, a very loud chime that turns into the sound of thunder echoes over head. She *pops* her neck, "Time to be awake now."

  Rhoan's eyes widen he can sense it, this is not the spirit Mirai summoned, the one he spoke to, nor is this the Rhulan he knew many lifetimes ago; this is her; the real her.

  "Aegis Shield!" a barrier of blue hexagon interlocking plates surrounds Yuki as Jessica the blue gynoid like spirit suddenly teleports from the house. Holly Lia waves her staff by Mirai, "Spirit Shield!" forming a blue bubble around them.

   Rhulan raises her hand, the sky turns blood red and the clouds turn black. People for hundreds of miles can see this happening. Rhulan flies straight up faster than the eye can see and moments later a cloud forms in the likeness of her face only more inhuman, smooth, with larger eyes of solid blue, trailing behind this mask of clouds is a massive aurora of blue, green, and red lights trailing off into space; her voice can be heard across the land, "I am awake. For the summoner's sake I have played this game she so wanted to play. However my participation was always on a strict time limit. I am Rokonaka."

   There is a flash of blue light across the sky and suddenly Rhulan is standing back on the battle field. In her hand is the light blue sigil contract with Mirai. She walks over to Mirai as Holly Lia lowers the shield.

  "Mirai, I am deeply sorry, but your memories are back, I can sense it; not just of your last life or Emily; but every life before that. Your mortal fleshy brain may have a hard time dealing with that, I know, I have played the part of a reincarnation more times than most know; not only as the sorceress."

   Rhulan pauses a moment and looks back at Rhoan, "Rhoan, Rhudra is here, somewhere on this planet. Not only her but Nina, Polymorphica, Mystica, Solaria, and possibly even Sanu have all shown up here."

   She turns back to Mirai, "I think your sisters are growing impatient to restart the Eternal World. I will need to return my duties there; I am sorry, of course,"

   She looks past Mirai at the woods, "I do believe someone else may want to play this game with you."

   From the woods a tall woman with shoulder length blond hair appears, wearing a jacket and jeans.

  "Vicky!" shouts Mirai.

   Vicky walks over, "Hey, yeah, I...kinda followed you here; and I heard everything. Yeah all my past life memories unlocked too."

   Mirai smiles, "so, how about it? Wanna sub for me?"

  Vicky blushes and smiles her form changing to wooly white succubus, "Oh, wanna play it that way summoner? I gotcha."

   Rhulan places the slowly rotating light blue sigil in Mirai's hand who whispers, "thank you" as it expands and she conducts the contract ritual with Vicky.

   Rhulan and Holly Lia step away from them and speak, Holly says, "Are you sure about this?"

  Rhulan *nods*, "Yeah, I had to rush the time clock, Akiko has been broadcasting into my brain for some time now. Remember what the Doll Collector said at that battle? I am getting word that Overlord Tournament was cancelled due to outside interference. Akiko and our child are turning that Earth into their own little playground; and I need to see what those others who came here were in such a rush about. If its just the Eternal World I don't see them being this impatient and..."

  They realize someone else is standing in ear-shot, Yuki, Rhoan, and Jessica.

  Yuki looks over at Mirai who has her cards out and discussing something with Vicky, and at these two, "I am not going to ask about any of that spirit in fighting you were discussing, but clearly you are no ordinary spirits, even Eldritch can't just hand over their contracts."

   Rhulan smiles, "Madam, I'm the Celestial Sorceress; not a spirit, and this is Queen Holly Lia of the Ravashira Empire, a Divine Sorceress and my apprentice."

   Holly Lia walks over to Mirai, "I hate to leave so suddenly, but our time is up. I trust you will keep to our schedule. I have also gone through what you are now; trust me when I say life time memories can get jumbled in a flesh and blood brain, and what really happened and the imagination can get mixed up. If you want I can assist you with that as well."

   "I'd like that," says Mirai, "thank you."

   Mirai rushes over and hugs Rhulan, "thank you, it was fun, guess neither of us thought I'd end up summoning you again while you were sleeping huh? Heh, do you have to leave so suddenly too?"

  "Unfortunatly," says Rhulan, "a few of the young ones are causing a bit of a rukus right now. If you need me you have my card, contract or no contract."

  ******

   *A few weeks later*

   "Well that's interesting," says a thin middle aged man with short shaggy brown hair sitting behind a desk. On a screen on his desk the blue face of Jessice is looking back at him.

  "Something interesting sir?" asks an obese man with a thick mustache nearby.

   "Indeed," says the man known as Travis Tokona, "my spirit has just telepathically informed me that the partner spirit my daughter obtained at the Grand Summoning School was not a spirit at all but the astral body of a powerful sorceress from another world traversing dimensions; and the incident at the school with all those other look a likes of her spirit were actually that sorceress's family trying to find out what happened to her. Furthermore the sorceress woke up, with the help of another sorceress that traveled to our world...physically; and now my daughter has a daemon as her partner as a replacement, a gift from this sorceress."

   "Wow," says the obese man, "I've heard some doozies in my time sir but that's a new one on me."

 "Indeed," says Travis, "imagine the possibilities."

  "Possibilities sir?"

  "Physical travel between worlds, astral bodies so powerful they can be passed off as spirits. There is so much more to magic than we know; the stories the spirits tell of other worlds filled with witches, sorcerers, necromancers, isn't just their backstories Oblot, its real; and there is no reason we can't have that magic here as well.
