[17:48]	Arina	exhales heavily. "... okay. So we live."
[17:48]	Arina	"And so does... everyone else."
[17:50]	RobinE	Lana stands up stretching, "I knew we'd make it."
[17:51]	JohnH	"I would have rather died doing something useful, so this is a welcome relief"
[17:52]	Arina	"I'd rather not, personally. Dying doing one useful thing makes it difficult to do useful things afterward."
[17:52]	RobinE	"And dying is such a bummer."
[17:57]	IcePickLobotomy	"Makes it rather hard to celebrate not dying for one." Vernbeck observes
[17:58]	RobinE	"oh, definitely."
[17:58]	Arina	"Did anyone have any celebrations planned?"
[17:59]	JohnH	"Lets celebrate by going outside. I'm ready to hit something." John is only slightly fidgety
[17:59]	Arina	chuckles. "... Yes, that does seem like the best celebration."
[18:00]	RobinE	"Celebrating is always fun."
[18:00]	IcePickLobotomy	The airlock doors slide open with a whosh and hiss of displaced air. A pair of doctors, sans the hazard suits for once, are waiting for you. "You're all cleared to leave. Your things are at your apartment as well."
[18:01]	RobinE	"woo!" Lana runs around once she is free.
[18:03]	Arina	steps through the door and curtsies. "Ah, thank you. Does that include... what we handed off to quarantine?"
[18:06]	IcePickLobotomy	She nods, smiling. "Yes, it does." with a small wave she motions for you all to file out into the hallways. They're busy, people in scrubs and lab-coats chatting as they move into and out of the labs. Large windows showcase rooms filled with beakers, strange machines. Every so often you pass a door with hazard labels. Biohazard, Radiological, InfoHazards.
[18:08]	Arina	walks out a little quickly.
[18:12]	RobinE	Lana whistles happily as they all make their way out.
[18:15]	JohnH	"Howabout we go out to the city, get some real food."
[18:17]	RobinE	"sounds good."
[18:18]	JohnH	takes the lead, headed for the surface
[18:18]	IcePickLobotomy	You reach the elevator. The doors open, revealing a girl in a wheel-chair. Her hair is short, barely reaching past her ears, seemingly blending into the pale, sallow skin of her face. She's about your age, and would be pretty, with a slim narrow face if she didn't have a thin gaunt look instead. The medical gown hids her body, but what little you can see of her arms are thin and skeletal,...
[18:18]	IcePickLobotomy	...lacking in muscle tone. The nurse pushing her chair gives you a small wave. "Doctor Sable, afternoon." Hey says to the doctor with you.
[18:20]	RobinE	Lana's song dies down when she sees the girl, "is she ok?"
[18:20]	IcePickLobotomy	You hear Walker half-stumble, her breath catching. "Sally? Is that you?"
[18:20]	Arina	blinks. "Ah, hello?"
[18:22]	IcePickLobotomy	The girl blinks and. . . no response. Not even a twitch or turn of her head. The nurse gives a sad smile "She's catatonic, and yes Captain, that is Sally Anderson. I'm glad to see that someone remembers her." He wheels her out of the elevator.

[18:24]	IcePickLobotomy	"Same old thing then?" Doctor Sable asks.
[18:24]	Arina	looks after her with a slight frown.
[18:25]	IcePickLobotomy	The nurse nods "Yeap, though Vernbeck had a idea on a new therapy to try out." He shrugs helplessly "We don't expect much at this point though."
[18:26]	RobinE	"Sally," Lana looks forlornly at her.
[18:26]	Arina	"Ah, a... friend of yours?"
[18:26]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker's eyes linger on the girl as the doors close.
[18:27]	RobinE	"I, well. No, but I heard about her. I wanted to be her friend, but I never got to meet her."
[18:28]	RobinE	"I wish we met under better circumstances," Lana's eyes fall to the floor as the the doors close.
[18:29]	IcePickLobotomy	"So do I." Walker adds, patting Lana on the back "She was one of our first test pilots for the program. There was a incident about a year before Lana joined us, and Sally was hurt rather badly. She hasn't recovered mentally yet, probably won't ever."
[18:29]	Arina	purses her lips. "... I see."
[18:30]	RobinE	after a brief pause, Lana shakes off her thoughts, "anyway, lets go celebrate!"
[18:35]	IcePickLobotomy	The doors slide open, and a short walk past the check points see you standing once more beneath the blue skies and golden sun. The familiar trio of the Towers loom tall over you, their shadow cast long across the streets and buildings of the city. A flock of seagulls fly overhead in the wind, almost standing still in the air. The smell of the ocean wafts in with it.
[18:36]	Arina	takes a deep breath of the open air, twirling slightly. "... good to be out."
[18:37]	IcePickLobotomy	Artyom is already walking down the street "I'll be back later." he says before turning down a sidestreet.
[18:37]	JohnH	"Wonder where he's off to."
[18:37]	JohnH	"Doesn't matter, lets go get some burgers or something."
[18:38]	RobinE	"yeah, cool."
[18:38]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker nods "I think I'm going to head out as well. You guys feel free to go out for dinner wherever."
[18:40]	RobinE	"Aww, no celebrating Walker?"
[18:41]	IcePickLobotomy	"No offense but I just spend the last 3 days cooped up with you all. I need some space."
[18:43]	JohnH	"Of course. We'll meet you back home."
[18:45]	Arina	"Mm, I'd like to get some things from the apartment first. Clothes, at least."
[18:45]	JohnH	glares at Arina
[18:46]	JohnH	It is incredibly obvious to you that John does not approve of this course of action
[18:48]	RobinE	"Oh come on now, She isn't saying we won't go. She just wants to get some clothes."
[18:49]	IcePickLobotomy	JohnH: You feel a light swat on the back of your head. Walker gives you a friendly glare
[18:49]	JohnH	the glare slowly pans across the entirety of the crowd
[18:50]	Arina	holds up her sleeves. "Hey we've been in these for three days straight, John, if they ever were 'going out' clothes, they are not any more."
[18:50]	JohnH	"Are you naked right now?"
[18:51]	IcePickLobotomy	"Artyom didn't seem to care. . . Then again I think he's intending on waking up in a gutter tomorrow anyways."
[18:51]	JohnH	"My point exactly. Food first, clothes later. I'm starving."
[18:53]	Arina	"Well, I'll try catch up with you guys before you're done, then." She offhandedly waves as she heads towards the transit line.
[18:54]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker follows Arina "I'm with you on that, I want to change as well."
[18:54]	RobinE	"Party of two?" Lana offers a high five to John.
[18:56]	JohnH	high fives vigorously, and immediately heads towards the city
[18:57]	RobinE	Lana shakes of the sting, then follows John.
[19:03]	RobinE	"It's good to know we are alright," Lana hums as they continue.
[19:05]	JohnH	"It's even better to know that we don't have to worry about the plague escaping"
[19:05]	IcePickLobotomy	JohnH, RobinE: You find someplace that looks promising, and smells good. A burger joint nestled into a side-street"Greasy Greg's Burgers" reads the faded neon sign in the window, half the letters burned out. The inside is crowded, but there's a few tables.
[19:05]	JohnH	puts quotes around the word "escaping"
[19:06]	RobinE	"Yeah, that plague is nasty stuff."
[19:08]	JohnH	sits at a table, wiping away crumbs from a previous meal
[19:09]	RobinE	Lana sits on the opposite side of the table, gazing around the burger joint.
[19:10]	IcePickLobotomy	The interior is light by flickering florescent lights. Faded red-faux-leather seats line boths along the walls, and the entire place would be most charitably called "dingy". A waitress, a highschool aged girl with glasses, drops a pair of menus on the table. "Afternoon," She speaks with a thick Russian accent "how are you two today?"
[19:11]	RobinE	"Not dead!" Lana follows up with a thumbs up.
[19:12]	JohnH	nods and says "Hungry."
[19:18]	RobinE	Lana takes a menu and looks it over.
[19:19]	IcePickLobotomy	Burgers, bigger burgers, fancy burgers, fries and milkshakes.
[19:21]	RobinE	"I'll have a burger, fries, and a shake," Lana closes the menu and sets it on the table.
[19:23]	JohnH	"I'll take the biggest burger you have. With everything on it/"

[19:24]	IcePickLobotomy	She raises a eyebrow "The biggest burger, or the Challenger?" She gestures to a wall adorned with photo's, and a sign that reads "Eat the Challenger, and it's free. Get your name and photo on the wall of fame."
[19:24]	IcePickLobotomy	JohnH: You notice that one of the photos is of Artyom, looking half dead as several other burly men smile and seem to be laughing around him
[19:25]	JohnH	"Well I can't say no to a challenge..." John glances to Lana to help make the decision
[19:26]	RobinE	"Hey, I'm not getting it. It depends on how hungry you feel."
[19:27]	RobinE	"Just try not to get sick, We just dodged that."
[19:27]	JohnH	"I
[19:27]	JohnH	'll do it. Challenge accepted!"
[19:39]	IcePickLobotomy	She smiles. "We Have. A. CHALLENGER!" The patrons all stop and start to cheer, a few shifting there seats closer to your both.
[19:39]	RobinE	Lana joins in the cheering
[19:40]	JohnH	just looks around, like he doesn't understand what happened
[19:44]	IcePickLobotomy	"So, here are the rules. We'll bring you the Challenger. You must eat it within one hour, you cannot leave the table after the first bite unless you want to forfeit. If you do not finish it, or throw up, you have to pay. If you do eat all of it then it's free and your picture and name go up on the wall. Any questions?"
[19:45]	JohnH	"When do we start?"
[19:54]	IcePickLobotomy	"Once the burger gets here. And what about you?" She asks Lana
[19:54]	RobinE	"Me? I'm just gonna stick to my order."
[19:55]	IcePickLobotomy	She nods. "Right, that'll be coming right up.
[20:06]	JohnH	sits excitedly, waiting to see what this burger looks like
[20:17]	IcePickLobotomy	A short wait passes before the waitress returns and wheels out your meal. A massive triple-patty burger with a intermediary bung. It's layered in cheese, bacon, lettuce and all the fixings. It's easily the size of a pie, and twice as tall. "Start when you are ready!"
[20:19]	RobinE	"woah." Lana is in awe of such a challenge.
[20:21]	JohnH	jokes "You sure you don't want to get one?"
[20:22]	RobinE	she looks at the burger, then back to John, "Yes I'm sure."
[20:24]	JohnH	dives in, completely oblivious to the clock or the people who wanted to watch
[20:28]	IcePickLobotomy	JohnH: 51 minutes and 32 secounds later, it is defeated. A greasy stain and a small puddle of oil and condiments is all that remains of the oversized burger. You feel stuffed, almost to the bursting point. The crowd around you is cheering and the waitress smiles and holds up a Polaroid camera "Smile!"

[20:29]	RobinE	Lana decides to photobomb.
[20:29]	JohnH	"Put it next-" *hic* "-That one" John points to the picture of Artyom
[20:29]	JohnH	groans as he leans in a bit to Lana "I want him to see it next time he's in"
[20:30]	RobinE	"Good job," she looks him up and down, "you feeling ok?"
[20:30]	IcePickLobotomy	She pulls the photo out of the camera and shakes it. "Of course, of course. You know. . " She glances back at the photo "Artyom?"
[20:30]	JohnH	nods to Lana "Yeah, I know him."
[20:33]	RobinE	Lana has finished her burger and is still snacking on her fries, "You celebrate strangely John."
[20:34]	JohnH	"Hard to celebrate when you can't move." John's eyes are glazed over
[20:35]	RobinE	"yeah I bet."
[20:36]	IcePickLobotomy	"So, what about dessert then?" The waitress asks with a smile and a wink
[20:39]	JohnH	"I'll do dessert"
[20:39]	RobinE	"None for me, the milkshake was good enough."
[20:39]	JohnH	after a moment, he follows up with "Some other time"
[20:39]	IcePickLobotomy	She nods, "All right then."
[20:45]	RobinE	"Thank you for serving us," Lana gives the server a smile.
[20:45]	JohnH	hiccups and gives a thumbs up
[20:47]	JohnH	"Want to go walk around a bit more or go back to the apartment?"
[20:47]	RobinE	"It might be nice to get home, get comfy."
[20:48]	JohnH	"Deal."
[20:53]	RobinE	Lana pays for her food and stands to leave.
[20:59]	RobinE	"Let's go, I want to go make some hot cocoa at home," Lana says as she brushes crumbs off her clothes.

[19:43]	IcePickLobotomy	Mary: You hear Arina scream in her room, followed by her door slaming open and Walker yelling. "Arina! What's wrong?"
[19:44]	Arina	"That-! There was something in here! It had my-!" She sounds vaguely on the edge of panic.
[19:44]	Mary	just had placed Meagan in the crip and was changing her clothes as she hears the scream and so runs outside to reach her grabbing something sutry on the way
[19:45]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker stands up. Mary, she's wearing a some lacy black underwear and has her sidearm in hand. "Easy Arina, easy." She helps Arina to her feet and sets her on the bed.
[19:48]	Mary	is in a long t-shirt that cover her tights.. more or less. as she holds a glas bowl with its contents still in it.
[19:50]	Mary	"What happend?"
[19:50]	Arina	is hyperventilating slightly, looking around wildly. "It was 0x1dbehind me0x1d..."
[19:50]	IcePickLobotomy	Mary, Arina: The crackle of static fades from your ears. . .
[19:51]	Arina	"[And that-!]" it's ceasing to be English.
[19:52]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker looks around again. "I don't see anything here Arina." She checks the closest, then under the bed just to be safe.
[19:53]	Mary	looks around and after a moment dashes back to get meagan.
[19:54]	Arina	"[But it-! It was right there!]"
[19:54]	IcePickLobotomy	Meagan is shifting uneasily in her crib, somewhat upset but not crying
[19:55]	IcePickLobotomy	"Arina, are you sure you didn't see something? It's been really stressful the last couple days and what with us being close to the Emitter. . ."
[19:57]	Mary	will return with her "Something changed in here, Like a cackle like when the emiter does its thing or static on the airwaves...."
[19:57]	Arina	growls under her throat, standing up and stomping over to the box on her bed. "Walker this isn't even the first home invasion 0x1dthis week0x1d."
[19:57]	Arina	pauses, looking around the room with a short glare. "I swear if you didn't put it back where you 0x1dfound0x1d it..."
[19:58]	Arina	opens the box again.
[19:58]	IcePickLobotomy	Arina: The medal is on the floor, next to the box which is now laying on it's side
[19:59]	Arina	picks it up in a rush.
[20:00]	Mary	looks around likewise somewhat unhappy.
[20:02]	Arina	's breathing steadies as she simply stands there, hands clasped around it.
[20:02]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker rubs the bridge of her nose "I don't know. It's not that I don't believe you, I don't doubt that you saw something, but that's just it Arina, you saw something. There's no other evidence that anything else happened here

[20:04]	Mary	"Walker... I heard emiter , I mean AT noise.."
[20:04]	Arina	"Isn't that your job?! Discard this for a minute, but 0x1dsomething0x1d was in Robin's room, do you legitimately not even care?!"
[20:05]	Arina	pauses, and ducks down to see under the desk.

[20:06]	Arina	stands up again, taking deep, calming breaths, and explores the room in more careful detail.

[20:09]	Arina	finishes ransacking her room, breathing still a little irregular.
[20:10]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker sighs "Arina, I'm not saying this to question you, alright? I'm asking for your opinion as one of my subordinates. Are you /certain/ that something was in this room with you and it wasn't you just seeing something?"
[20:13]	Mary	"If she only saw something it was not because off her nervers ma'am"
[20:14]	Mary	holds meagan as she looks around .
[20:14]	Arina	"... I can't prove this incident. But Robin's room was compromised 0x1ddays0x1d ago by something that didn't show up on cameras, so whether 0x1dthis0x1d incident specifically happened or not is a little bit 0x1dmoot0x1d."
[20:15]	Arina	"If it were just this, I don't know, maybe overflow from the beacon, could be a pure hallucination. But Robin has 0x1dactual writing0x1d in her room."
[20:15]	IcePickLobotomy	"And we're dealing with what happened to Robin. But I'm going to take that as a yes then. Arina? I believe you ok? I'll check the security footage and then call this in, but I don't know how much more we can do other than increase security here."

[20:18]	Arina	"There... might have been AT static, and..." She waves her arms. "I don't know, but can't they scan the place or call in the Ghostbusters or something?"
[20:19]	IcePickLobotomy	"I'll ask Vernbeck to bring down the smallest detector they have, maybe they'll pick something up." She steps out of the room.
[20:20]	Mary	"I for one would be happy about that.."
[20:20]	Mary	walks over to Arina and puts a hand on her shoulder and squezes softly holding Meagan with the other.
[20:22]	Arina	sighs.
[20:24]	Mary	"Want to stay in here and look, or ,  maybe go into the living room?" She clearly tries to distract her
[20:26]	Arina	"... Let me just get changed into something not three days old and I'll join you in the living room."
[20:29]	Mary	nods and then looks down and pulls her shirt down a bit further.
[20:33]	Mary	"I think we need a moment there. And then we raid Walkers Chocolate stash to help your nerves"
[20:33]	Arina	"... sure."
[20:34]	Mary	halfhugs her
[20:36]	Mary	"Want to take it with you?"
[20:36]	Mary	nods towards the medal.
[20:37]	Arina	has had it in her hand literally the entire time.
[20:37]	Mary	is slightly distracted from all that and so assumed that she might leave it or not.
[20:38]	Arina	"It's fine, let's just... change and reconvene in the living room."
[20:41]	Mary	nods and squezes her again."And let me get dressed with something that even tries to imply to be around my hips
[20:43]	Arina	coughs. "Yes, thus the plural."
[20:44]	IcePickLobotomy	Mary, Arina, from the living you can see Walker kneeling in the security both, pressing one-headphone from the headset to her ears as she watches the security footage.
[20:46]	Mary	tries to guide Arina to the couch to sit down.
[20:47]	Arina	frowns, moving up to the security booth to see.
[20:49]	IcePickLobotomy	Arina: YOu can see the footage from your room, one of the corners that overlooks the bed, dresser and doorway. You see yourself walk into the room and the check the box. Then you give a wordless scream and half-flail at something. Walker rushes into the room, knocking you and the box down, the medal comes tumbling out of the box when it hist the ground.
[20:51]	Arina	purses her lips. "Disappointing but not surprising, since Robin's didn't seem to show up either..."
[20:53]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker nods. "Are you sure you want me to call this in Arina, what with how this looks? The situation with Robin is having people call her stability into question."
[20:53]	Mary	head out of the living room for a moment.
[20:55]	Arina	frowns. "... Seriously? There are messages written in her room and absolutely no one visible on camera writing them, and they don't think 0x1dsomething0x1d happened?"

[20:56]	IcePickLobotomy	"Arina, we checked the archival footage. /Robin/ did it herself."
[20:57]	Mary	ANd mary comes back and with a thump puts a bottle and a expansive sout american import down.
[20:57]	Mary	"And does AT stuff always appear on tapes? "
[20:58]	Arina	"I thought that was what you were looking for and didn't...?"
[20:59]	IcePickLobotomy	"We only keep 24 hours of tape here, the rest goes to the base. We had to dig through those records, and I was intending on keeping that confidential for Robin's sake."

[21:00]	Arina	frowns. "... I see... don't bother calling it in, then."
[21:01]	IcePickLobotomy	"As for AT Stuff, yeah it usually shows up on film." She sighs and gives Arina a sympathetic pat on the back. "Look, I'll talk to Vernbeck off the record about this ok? See if he can't do some readings, maybe dress it up as a experiment or something egg-head-ish."

[21:02]	Mary	fills up 2 glasses and offeres it to both of them.

[21:03]	Arina	takes a glass with a nod of thanks and drops it down her throat, thoroughly proving her nationality.
[21:04]	Mary	fills up again, and likewise a bit for herself.
[21:05]	Mary	"I am leaving the drunk debauchery mostly up to you two, I am not the best at it."
[21:06]	IcePickLobotomy	". . . I should get dressed before John gets back." She pours herself another glass

[21:07]	Mary	looks down at herself and her half dressed being.
[21:08]	Arina	blinks. "... Mary we split up to get dressed, I got dressed, didn't you...?"
[21:08]	IcePickLobotomy	"He's like," She stands up "half my age, and I'm his commanding officer. That's got to be at least, uhh, 3 layers of hell right there."

[21:09]	IcePickLobotomy	She snorts "Like I'd need to seduce him. He's 16 or so, I remember what boys are like at that age." She smiles "Besides, I'm not who he has his eyes on anyways." She slips into her room.

[21:14]	Arina	raises an eyebrow. "Hm, I didn't realize he had a specific interest."
[21:15]	IcePickLobotomy	Walker returns in a pair of faded jeans and a loose tank top. "He does, but I'm not saying."
[21:16]	Mary	"on the other hand he is a boy and you are a good looking Girl, whih just might mean that he thinks with his other head."

Walker is speaking "So then I had to run a lap around the base in my underwear during a tropical storm. And /that/ girls is why you should never play poker with a fighter pilot."

[21:24]	RobinE	Lana goes to get a cup to have some vodka too.
[21:24]	Mary	is wearing a long T-shirt that falls down below her hips and a ruffled pink&black skirt going down to her knees when she stands. "Well or why you should only make theese bets that you can win "
