  1. like. "rich white man who inherited all his money from his ludicrously successful lawyer father uses said money to destroy as many lives as he wants with no consequences for his own amusement" isn't much of a twist. it's like, an anti-twist. it's the obvious answer, and everything between learning who he is and finding the unsecured accidental files on one of his websites is just, needless filler that tries to build anticipation towards a twist that's not coming.
  2. also there were two bits i felt were in extremely poor taste. the first was when they went to the reputable tickling studio and filmed DRAMATIC SLOW MOTION SHOTS showing how SADISTIC AND CRUEL TICKLING IS and it was just like. such an over the top depiction of two perfectly nice people just doing their jobs. it felt kind of exploitative. and the second was the part at the end when they talked to the guy's stepmother and she was talking about how he was bullied and isolated and probably gay and its just. do we have to do this for EVERY predator??? it's such a tired and obvious beat to end the movie on.
