  1. One simply doesn't walk into Ravenloft, except when one does. I swear to the benefactor, I didn't want to be in Ravenloft, yet here I was. Oh well there's no escaping so might as well try my best to stay alive. Which seems to be increasingly difficult as every peasant seems to drop to their knees and beg forgiveness for their sins. Maybe it's my green lantern's ring? Whatever it is, the townsfolk they see something in me a inner light. Unfortunately this is very bright for the monsters that roam the countryside.

  3. Luckily most are quickly dispatched. Alicia and Hope help a lot in mopping up the monsters. We also spent a lot of time rebuilding stuff, the villages and towns were pitiful and were in ruins. Those that weren't living in crappy shacks, and mud huts that is. It was good opportunity to practice Hamon again while here, with the amount of undead and evil monsters about it was perfect opportunity. I even unlocked Alicia's and Hope's Hamon potential, and I trained them to best my ability.

  5. We eventually discovered about a year in to the trip that we were able to travel through the mists. Well I was, I had to tow Hope & Alicia in a green wagon along with me. The wagon was perfect for conserving ring energy, even with Hope there, she had to recharge her ring a lot. The green wagon was helpful in drawing out all the monsters in local areas. Like lambs to the slaughter, but despite our best efforts there will always be more that'll take their place.

  7. Not all monsters are inhuman, as we learned that the most dangerous ones were the human monster. Be it nobles that treat the peasants like slaves, or the local authority preying upon the defenseless. What's more is a lot them had access to magic, which I was forced to use my own magic to counterspell. I wasn't worried about myself I was pretty resilient to magic, and practically immune to mind effects.
  8.
  9. My will is like the Great Wall of China meets Berlin Wall and Korean DMZ. Only the most powerful stuff ever slipped through, but it was quashed by my mental traps. Thank you Rick Astley, rickrollin' powerful mages and psionicists. My magic was there to protect my family, Alicia my daughter and my dog Hope, and to protect the defenseless. However magic was really tiring and demanding, but worth it. I never did reach beyond intermediate level in anything beyond defensive spells which were at advanced level by end the jump.
  10.
  11. Our trip here we did a lot of good. We made a lot of enemies, but we also had will the people behind us. I felt we did a lot of good here, even if it was temporary. I just hope my next trip is as eventful but not as depressing as this one was.
