PERSONALITY: hanui has absolutely no respect for any of the members and disses them often, albeit jokingly. she is extremely sarcastic and sassy, always rolling her eyes or even just flat-out ignoring people. she is very foul-mouthed and has absolutely no filter when she speaks, so much so that it has earned her the "hanui censor" whenever she appears on shows. she is very lazy and gets tired the fastest whenever they learn new choreography. she has a severe temper, but is very good at suppressing it. she rarely ever has a meltdown, but when she does, everyone better sit the hell down. although she may intimidate many people due to her tough personality, she is actually very loyal and thoughtful to her friends and family. she isn't very good at expressing her feelings through words, so she does it with actions. if the awkward one is the mom, then she is probably the father of the group. she isn't as nurturing and gentle as the awkward one, but she cares very deeply for the other members. whenever they are going somewhere, hanui is always bringing up the rear, making sure everyone is accounted for and no one got lost. she is always the last one to get ready because she is helping the other members first. her small acts of assistance often go unnoticed by the other members, but that's how she likes it. she will often deny that she did anything when they do confront her about it. hanui absolutely despises aegyo and her cursing skyrockets when someone tries it on her. she will even resort to physical violence.

BACKGROUND: hanui was born and raised in seoul, south korea. she went to a private school. she had a bit of trouble making friends due to her gruff attitude, but she did have a couple. she originally had no intention of becoming an idol. her first encounter with singing was when her friends dragged her to a party and they had a contest to see who could get the highest karaoke score. the prize was a gift card to a frozen yogurt shop that hanui and her friends loved so they all participated. hanui did not win, but her friends urged her to audition for sm. she auditioned with ailee's "singing got better."

FIRST MEETING AND HIS/HER FIRST IMPRESSIONS: they met at a hotel in the breakfast area. they both reached for the only one blueberry muffin left. yixing, being the gentleman that he was, backed off and gave it to her. she took the muffin, broke it in half, and handed him the larger half to him before walking off. both of them really didn't think much of it since yixing was in disguise and hanui wasn't really paying attention.

HOW HE ACTS AROUND HER: at first, he was very polite and kind to her. he was cautious. he didn't say it, but he found her lack of work ethic to be annoying. her lazy attitude irked him. but as he got to know her better, he noticed how she took care of the members silently and he respected that. he began to tease her, much to her vexation. now that he was paying attention, he found everything she did to be cute. her potty mouth did not bother him. at the end, his teasing does not cease and they still bicker, but it's friendly. he knows that hanui doesn't really know how to express her feelings through words, but he finds that to be adorable and doesn't care when she says something mean to him.

HOW SHE ACTS AROUND HIM: in the beginning, hanui was just like everyone else. she thought yixing was an airhead. she didn't really pay much attention to him. but when she spent a little more time with him, she saw how passionate and hardworking he was. she envied how he gave 100% into everything he did. she respected how he did everything at his own pace, no matter what anybody said, although it infuriated her. she is extremely rude to him because she doesn't really know how to deal with him, and just tries to drive him away. she would never admit it but yixing's dimple makes her legs weak. at the end, she is still rather rude to him, as she doesn't really know how to express her feelings well. she makes it up to him with many back hugs.
