  25. "#opSouthAfrica is now in full swing" - Ghosts
  26.
  27.
  28. Ohai, this is the "unofficial" Press Release, dedicated to the select few wondering.
  29. We started the #op in a reaction to one of the members of Parliament reacting to us.
  30.
  31. We hacked the www.parliament.gov.za and sent them an email, showing them how to fix it.
  32.
  33. And how they were immensly at risk. They declined making a statement, and rather
  34. no one bothered to email us. Or respond in anyway possible.
  35.
  36. The whole purpose of the op was to bring the cybercrime rating up 20%/30% ...for the lulz.
  37.
  38. Imagine the chief of police, making a statement about the latest survey done, and it turned out
  39. that the cybercrime ROSE 20%. How do you think people would react?
  40.
  41. "It seems that ghosts gained access to the parliament website, and the mail server.
  42. and leaked a few documents from our website."
  43.
  44. The faces of all the board members would be hilarious.
  45.
  46. There's no "peacefulness" outspringing from this op. It was done for lulz.
  47.
  48. We did it to see what their reaction would be. It seems, they still haven't done an anti-virus
  49. search through their systems yet!
  50.
  51. This is seriously bad security, whether it be online or offline. This just shows their ignorance
  52. (as always) when it comes to them having a problem.
  53.
  54. We can't stress how emphatic the guys face would be.
  55.
  56. But we don't want to seem like the bad guys, this is just an #op ofcourse.
  57.
  58. "We will sease all activity and put our computers down, if the chief of police gives a press statement
  59. all about #opSouthAfrica with a shoe on his head." ~ Ghosts

  98.
  99. But the overall outlook of #opSouthAfrica, is that no one will do anything.
  100. South Africans will go about their day, suspecting nothing.
  101.
  102. (As they have done for the past two weeks)
  103.
  104. BtW: all of those sites ^ and many more. ARE STILL VULNERABLE.
  105.
  106. The chief of police did have one thing to add to this statement
  107.
  108.
  109. Chief: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!
  110.
  111. We hope to bring you more.
