Appearance: Before you would stand an ambiguously gendered individual, a person that could very much pass as male or female but leaning slightly more towards feminine, they'd stand at 6'2" and have a rather slender frame, they'd be dressed in what could only be described as something only someone who's regal and off the wall fabulous might wear, they'd be wearing a pair of knee high pink and white boots inscribed with runes along with a pair of white stockings with pink stars running throughout, they'd be wearing a short skirt that's a solid pink in color and would match the style of their boots, they have a jacket that looks like something an admiral might wear in the same color and style as the rest of their outfit and wear a pair of fancy white elbow-length gloves. They have a pink streak running through their back-length hair and their makeup game is on-point, purple eye-shadow, pink lipstick, mascara, the whole works. To finish it all off they'd have a rapier strapped to their side as well as a....rather regal-looking flintlock pistol.

They have pale white skin and yellow eyes with black sclera as well, as well as a mouth full of fang-like teeth.

Personality: Bombastic, eager to please, confident, an entertainer who cares about the happiness of their viewers above all else yet tries their best to take care of themselves, these are many of the attributes that skylar has, they consider themselves a hero as well and will do anything to save others while entertaining those who watch them so they can save people and make them happy as well, they keep up the air of someone who's far more confident than they really are but in reality, they can be nervous, they worry that one day they might fail, that they might disappoint those who believe in them, but so long as people believe in them the show must go on!

Powers: They have the ability to summon and control light itself in a variety of ways, be it summoning blades or ranged weaponry to their side to give themselves some extra firepower, they also use this to create sparkles and the like to add flair and passion to their movements! They also have the ability to hover or fly and have physical capabilities beyond that of an olympic athlete, albeit only on the lower end of super-human.
