When you stay at our game servers, we have just like any other rules that you have to relate to. This is because we together will be able to create a really lovely community inside the server.


First and foremost, we ask you to use old, honest common sense when playing with us. A good rule of thumb for knowing what you should or should not express on the server is to think that everything you write and say can be displayed / played for eg. your parents and that you need to stand for it.


Now we ask you to respect your fellow players, the rules below and, not least, our fantastic administrators who volunteer daily to make Publiclir better. Because you are actually a guest with us and you do not behave in any way at home with others, in stores or in the restaurant?

§ 1. Respect your fellow and opponents. All people's equal value is tenderly cared for at Publiclir. Therefore, we see very seriously on offensive and harassing comments.


§ 2. Follow the administrators' requests without delay. What the administrators say applies. They always have the last word inside the server.


§ 3. Discussions about prohibitions, administrators' decisions and ways to handle servers and their behavior are never taken into the server. Here you can, for example, make an abuse notification at http://publiclir.se/publiclir/abuse, an exemption complaint on http://publiclir.se/games/sourcebans/dispute or a punishment complaint on timed mutes / gags by sending an email to bangruppen@publiclir.se.


§ 4. Your computer, your user - your responsibility! It is you who carries the full responsibility for your computer and your user and how it is used. Thus, we do not buy stories of angry brothers, friends of drunkenness or the like.


§ 5. At your best end, you should try to help create a pleasant life on the server. If anyone asks questions - help, not stealing! Everyone has ever been a beginner in the game, therefore treat others whom you yourself wanted to be treated in their situation.


§ 6. Use a nurtured language in chat and microphone. Here is the rule of thumb mentioned above. So say or write nothing that your parents would be ashamed of. Avoid offensive and provocative statements as it is only unnecessary. Because we are still on the server to have a nice playing time together, not to be stupid against each other. Swearing is of course okay to use to paint your language use, but always be kind to your fellow players!


§ 7. Think about what you are called inside the server and what you have for pictures. Therefore, have no nickname or a picture (here also sprays in CS: S are counted) that others can perceive as offensive. It is also not allowed to have a nickname such as a space that is only for misleading our administrators. If you are asked to change your nickname, picture or spray, you should do so without further ado.


§ 8. Advertising on Publiclir is not permitted.


§ 9. Publications hold an actively unbounded position on everything regarding politics, religion and culture. We therefore ask you not to propagate to, for example, a political party or a religion on our platforms. This is because no one should be excluded and everyone should feel equally welcome with us. It is also not allowed to discuss drugs or other illegal activities - this is because we have minors who are staying on our servers.


§ 10. All types of cheating are strictly prohibited and prosecuted on our game servers. If a cheating player is discovered, he will immediately be penalized with a permanent ban.


§ 11. You should always perform your assignments as co-and / or opponents. It is, for example, not allowed with camping, to pull out on rounds or to make it difficult for their own team or teammates in any way. More specifically about different game formats you will find under these tabs.


§ 12. Utilizing inaccuracies (so-called "bugs") in paths or servers is not allowed. This is called exploit and is vigorously vomited. This also includes so-called boosts (when a player helps another to a place it can't come to without help). Otherwise, if you are unsure, let it be and ask instead the nearest administrator.



Publications administrators follow elaborate penalties for exemptions. This is according to a rising shell format. Depending on the severity of the breach, you can get everything from one minute's timed gag / mute or ban up to one day. We also distribute extension announcements to players who receive too many exemptions during a specific time. At a larger excess, administrators can consult the management who decides that ev. put longer bans.
