  1. The court of the emerald cities:
  2.
  3. In the far south there is a strange land. Ruled by a court of mages. Their lands are covered in a thick fog; the fog has a curse over it, making anyone who is not from the mages lands blind and deaf upon entering the lands. The court sees themselves as overlords over the other lands, but is mostly neutral, unless someone does something they do not approve off, ex. Go to war at the wrong time, they will then send out a messenger to warn the so called "Foolish ones". They have no opinion of any of the empires and they have no army because of the fog. All of the lands population are powerful priests, mages, witches and elementals of all races. There are no laws in these lands. If you were to steal from someone or hurt someone. The fog would punish you with the same fate as if you were a stranger in the lands, making you permanently blind and deaf. These so called "Chac'tan" are the oposite of the "Shac'tan" Who worship the shadow. Instead they worship the emerald tower, A large emeral tower coverd with runes with a staircase on it, leading to the courthall, ontop of the tower. Their powers come from the mist and they use it in all of their magic. The mist is one with them, and they are one with it. They have poor to none sight from birth or beeing accepted as an apprentice, but instead see the energies of all living, and dead, things. They also have three runes on their bodies. In a location of choice, the runes were given to them as apprentices and show their strengths.
