Katarina is standing triumphantly as her victim is stretchily bulging from her midriff, right in front of her (about a foot), attempting to walk away.

One hand is on her hip, while the other is pointing at the victim while she laughs.

The victim is an anonymous, thin male of equal height, with curly hair.

The bulge is similar to the Elastigirl drawing you did, just with a different pose for the predator and less distance between her and the victim.
