Greeting: Handwritten.
Rules: Copypasted, enough time to read it.
Greetings: Handwritten and correct.
Jacks: Trainees knew jacks(mostly) so there was no need to explain them.
Host should give more jacks to be honest. They went pretty smoothly.
Faces: One trainee lagged behind. Host used invalid commands to trick
trainees. Faces went smoothly.
Formations: Marched to the formations area. Trainees studied the
formations. All formations were practiced. Formations went mostly
good.
March: Trainees knew the marching rules, no need to explain them.
All marches were good.
Obby(short): Rules werent explained due to only experienced trainees
being there(or atleast that is what I think). It went good.
Obby(long): Did it "cooperation-style" aka trainees have to help
eachother. First row didnt help eachother. The second row did much
better.
TDM: Done before the long obby. It went mostly good but the host forgot
to change teams once.
Side notes: All trainees were above the rank of Private. Host has
good grammar. I think the host didnt explain rules of them being
experienced. Should always ask if trainees know the trainees if they
understand/know the current part of the training like obby and/or
explain them. Forgot to change teams of trainees during the TDM.
The host should be a bit more creative. There is room for improvement.
