Name: Jesse Rydner

Age: 17

Role: She's currently a junior at the Blackwell Academy. She has been going to the school along with her brother with her brother, Flynn. She's been going to the school since the family moved and it was after her surgery. She is trying to get a job in the meantime to support herself while living with Flynn in his apartment.

Personality: Jesse, although may look silent and calm due to her appearance is actually outgoing once being talked with. She does not like to discuss her past about how she went from male to female and the only people she'll only talk to about her "transformation" to are the ones she trusts, especially her brother. She does try to fight back if anyone tries to make fun of her. She is very tomboyish, but somewhat girly if she wants to be. She sometimes likes to play video games every once in a while, but either with a friend or her brother. Ironically, when being in her boy stage at the time before her surgery, Jesse did like to wear dresses and although she still wears them for occasion, she's more of a tomboy and sometimes wears sports clothing. She sticks very close to her brother, even though she is very independent on her own time whenever she does work, or anything, especially when fighting for her own good. She's sometimes sassy when it comes to having an attitude, but in a good way, not a bad one, but, uses it if necessary. Like Flynn, she could be flirty, but not that often she since she's not interesting in having anyone, relationship wise (she's asexual but does not mind having friends on the side whether female or male). Also, like Flynn and other students, she's very studious and does focus on her work. She sometimes goes out for fun, especially with Flynn, but when going to the Vortex Club, she does try to be cautious, as she tries to not get drunk or anything similar to that issue. So overall, Jesse is a fun "girl" to be around with, although very studious and does have a bit of a tongue and is very independent.

History: Jesse was actually a boy who did identify himself as a girl before having the surgery. He mainly liked to wear dresses and sometimes play with dolls around his home. Although his parents did disapprove of him doing those girlish activities, he continued to play with those dolls and even constantly wore dresses to occasions, such as parties. During that time he went to school, there have been kids around his age teasing him, all because of the way he acted and him wearing dresses. So, he did consoling to his parents, about the many days is school on where he got teased, but, the parents did try to convince him to like boy things such as baseball, but, he did not want to accept those traits. So, as a result, Jesse was kicked out of the household at around ten years old, and was placed in an orphanage. No one wanted him, so, as a result, Jesse lived in the street, all alone. Suddenly, a young man, in his Middle School Years, saw Jesse in the street and decided to take care of him after hearing a police report regarding him being kicked out because of his behavior. When Jesse got taken home by Flynn, the two young men did get along, and Flynn did notice something about Jesse, which was him playing with dolls and wearing dresses. After Jesse told Flynn his story about kids making fun of him and not being accepted in his family household, Flynn felt bad for Jesse and decided to make him part of the Rynder family. Jesse started to like Flynn and his father, and even got along with them. So, he started to be homeschooled by both Flynn and his father did a while until he was ready to go to school again. At the same middle school Flynn was going to, he once again got teased, but watching on how Flynn fought back to bullies, learned on how to fight back against them. After graduating, Flynn's father decided to move to Arcadia Bay, Oregon and even found a school and thought it would be a good fit. Jesse did look at the school and thought it would be a good place to try out. So, when the family moved to Oregon, Jesse decided to get the surgery of going from
a boy to a girl. Luckily, Flynn and his father had enough money for the surgery and during his freshman year, Jesse got the surgery, and felt as though making this change would make her life better, but, got advised that she should keep the surgery operation to herself. During her years at Blackwell Academy, she was socially accepted by others when chatting with trusted friends that she made. Now, as a junior in the academy, she was starting to be more open regarding her transformation, but still kept it to herself. She still sticked close to Flynn, even when she could fend for herself since she makes that he is going to eventually be a school security guard. While being at the academy as well, she did hear about a disappearance of a student, and did pray for Rachel's family, hoping that Rachel will return safely. So, Jesse, going into her junior year, does plan to continue to get educated since she admired the academy since freshman year, and hoped to see her and her brother succeed another year.
