also known as the Red Death Syndicate, or just "CW", is a group composed of assassins. It's been around for hundred of years, and works in secret and has huge networks across different countries. Many of its members have battle prowess similar to that of Life drives, and it is suggested that the practice of
Dark Magic has taken place at The Syndicate.

Though it wasn't this way at first, the group has its hands in politics; it is certainly able to influence the politics of many countries and was originally created to be a secret service whose purpose was to get rid of anyone threaten the government, the leader of this group is Jules Okami a descendant of the original founder of the group, Jules is also the mother of 4 children two of them are currently missing, Mutsuki who was separated from her as a small child and, Emiko who heard rumors of a red wolf kamikin thinking it has to be her brother she sets out to retrieve him
