  1. san7890's guide on how to make Stir-Fry Chicken Ramen
  2.
  3. Watch the video first at: https://youtu.be/xdcT1p9LZXI
  4.
  5. Cooking Time: 10-15 Minutes
  6. Attention Necessary: Medium
  7.
  8. Portion Size: 2 Packets of Chicken Ramen will yield you one full meal, 1 Packet of Ramen will give you a half meal, you'll probably need something else to fill up your stomach and not starve.
  9.
  10. Ingredients:
  11. -2 packets of Maruchan Chicken Ramen
  12. -2 Tall Glasses of Water
  13. -2 Ceramic Bowls, one medium, one large
  14. -Some Baby Carrots*
  15. -Some Broccoli*
  16. -Soy Sauce, one capful is preferred
  17. -PAM Cooking Spray
  18. ((I have heard of people using Cauliflower as an additional ingredient, I don't like cauliflower and have never made it using it, but if you want to use it, you can try to do so AFTER you make it originally the first time.))
  19.
  20. *I recommend having an equal ratio of Carrots:Broccoli:Ramen (ex:6 Baby Carrots:6 "Clumps of Broccoli":2 Packets of Ramen), but this may change depending on you suited taste/portion size.
  21.
  22. Cooking Materials
  23. -A knife (not as large as the one in the video)
  24. -A cutting board
  25. -A plate
  26. -A spoon
  27. -One pan, with fitting lid
  28. -One wooden utensil, like a stirrer
  29. -A drinking glass/jar
  30. -2 Ceramic Bowls, one medium-sized, one large-sized
  31. -Paper Towels
  32.
  33. Instructions:
  34. 1. Spray PAM Cooking spray on the pan (which is in turn placed on the stove) and let it sit.
  35. 2. Cut up the carrots and broccoli and put it into the medium bowl.
  36. 3. Using your wooden utensil, smash up both packets of ramen (not into fine dust, get rid of most major chunks)**. Remove the Chicken Flavor packets from the Ramen, and put aside for later use. Empty the noodles into the large bowl.
  37. 4. Wipe away the majority of the Cooking Oil using paper towels, leave a thin layer behind.
  38. 5. Pour one tall glass of water into the pan, and turn it to High.
  39. 6. Wait for the water inside the pan to Boil.
  40. 7. When the first bubbles start to rise to the surface and pop, put the Ramen First, on the bottom, Vegetables on top of the Ramen, and Flavor on top of everything else.
  41. 8. Use the wooden utensil and stir up the contents of the pan.
  42. 9. Place the lid onto the pan and wait for the majority of the bubbles to show before removing it.***
  43. 10. Remove the lid and boil off any excess water, depending how much is remaining and how watery you like to eat it. I recommend leaving a bit of water left to help blend with the Soy Sauce.
  44. 11. Plate the contents of the pan onto your plate, and add the capful of Soy Sauce, stir to evenly distribute the Soy Sauce.
  45. 12. Pour your preferred drink into a glass/drinking jar (I recommend Sunny-D), and enjoy!
  46.
  47. **I like having one or two medium-ish chunks of noodle, because it tastes good in one squishy bite. Personal Preference, however.
  48. ***As shown in the video, I recommend that you remove the lid when it starts to fog up and stir it more, the more times you remove the lid and stir the pan, it'll contribute to a factor in the end result that I can't explain because A: I am not a chef, and B: I haven't experimented more than I had to to get it down to a precise deliciousness.
  49.
