He stands accused of hacking by Carmen Ortiz (the same prosecutor who pursued Aaron Swartz) for defending the life of mentally and physically challenged teenager Justina Pelletier. Justina was nearly killed due to the negligence & malpractice of Boston Children’s Hospital doctors.
