  2. Alpha Patch 3.11.0j has been released to Evocati, and is now available to test! Patch should now show: VERSION 3.11.0-PTU.6156962.
  4. It is strongly recommended that players delete their USER folder for the Public client after patching, particularly if you start encountering any odd character graphical issues or crash on loading. The USER folder can be found (in default installations) at C:\Program Files\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen\PTU.

  46. No charges are given to a player that rams and destroys another ship with players
  47. Pilot of a ship containing a passenger will be charged with Negligent Homicide if their ship is rammed and destroyed by another

  50. Various tables and chairs around Promenade and Commons have template chairs and replaceme texture

  70. Fixed an issue that was causing turrets to decide whether to shoot a ship based on only the pilot’s crimestat which allowed turret
  71. gunners free reign to take out turrets without them shooting back.
  72. Fixed an issue that could sometimes cause throwables to teleport back to the players hand after being thrown.
  73. Fixed an issue causing players to lose collision or be unable to damage each other if player picks up a carryable after another
  74. player has.
  75. Fixed an issue that was preventing players from logging back into the PU when logging out from the ship bed of a ship that is
  76. subsequently destroyed.
  77. Notification that allows player to forgive / punish another player after being killed should no longer be missing for party
