• UPBEAT ; Xukai has always tried to come off as a very upbeat and lively person to others, even though it usually comes off as little shit energy.
• EXCITABLE ; He is very easily excited, having an almost “over-dramatic” reaction to something that he finds exciting/interesting/etc.
• LOVING ; Even though he lowkey has trust issues, he gets very fond of people easily. He is naturally warm-hearted and is highly caring and loving to people that he cares about.
• AFFECTIONATE ;  Xukai is very affectionate with people once he is comfortable with them, which sometimes comes off as him being clingy. He just likes using skinship as a way to express how close he feels to someone.

 ｡ﾟ･ BACKGROUND —
Huang Xukai was born in Beijing, China to an upper-class family. He was always a very upbeat and high-energy child, which is how he acquired the nickname “Sunny” from his schoolmates at his international school. As years went on, his home life got more and more rough. He kept on practicing dancing and singing even though his father told him he would never make it. At sixteen, he made the decision for him and his sister to audition for an entertainment company, so that they wouldn’t have to spend at much time at home and could get away from their father. They auditioned for Yuehua Entertainment and got in. Xukai spent every moment he could at the company, training hard to prove his father wrong. He trained closely with the Nex7 trainees and he was originally supposed to go onto Idol Producer, with them but an incident happened with his father, causing him to acquire an injury. After he recover he finally got the courage to pack up his things and take his sister and move to Korea for a fresh start.
