Okay so I want to start off by saying I do hate fr34ky a lot as I was falsely banned from rocket servers by him. I will try to be as objective about this as possible and I will try to put and subjective opinions known. I will also be posting updates on this situations here.

So all this started when Fr34ky banned ItzEdInYourBed from the official Unturned discord for "Working with cheaters". When he banned Ed he didn't provide any proof for it or how he even obtained this information. After that ItzEdInYourBed posted proof that all he did was manage dyno as the owner of the "cheating discord" asked him to do so. Proof: http://prntscr.com/h26pmc and http://prntscr.com/h26p28 and finally http://prntscr.com/h26p9v yet fr34ky didn't unban him despite this proof.

After that Ed posted pictures of how Fr34ky has abused his power before when he banned a random person from RocketMod seen in this pictures http://prntscr.com/h26qqa and http://prntscr.com/h26qy5 the 2 images show how Fr34ky unfairly banned a person from RocketMod. While I am not sure what happened between them we were never really given a reason. Fr34ky claims it was justified. Subjective: however as you will see later he isn't to be trusted when it comes down to what is the actual "truth".

Fr34ky has also abused his power when it comes to the terms on RocketMod plugins. He forces people to follow the rules of all plugins require to be Open Source however he does NOT do that with his own plugins and simply responded with "Because I own RocketMod" when he was asked to follow the rules. Now I don't have proof of this as this happened a year ago.

While yes Ed was on a cheating discord he only managed dyno as you will see later on and stated he does not support cheats/hacks. But that would also make Fr34ky guilty of working with cheaters as he also partakes in these cheating discords. You can easily prove that by seeing him post chats and other stuff from those discords.

After this went down Fr34ky also claimed that Kohai(the creator of UnturnedStats) copied the website from a CSGO site http://prntscr.com/h26w9r and http://prntscr.com/h26wl0 then Kohai responded to these claims http://prntscr.com/h26wxv and said that the website is made in PHP while the CSGO one is in ruby.

Fr34ky then proceeded to block both Ed and Kohai on twitter right after they responded.

Ed then posted a ban appeal on the official forums for smartlydressedgames and the admin who was seen on Kohai's images responded to the appeal http://prntscr.com/h26yca however the image posted by the admin specifically shows Ed stating that he doesn't support cheats/hacks only manages discord: https://i.imgur.com/9XFmVPW.png

EDIT 1: The thread for the ban appeal has been locked. I have gotten information that "Nelson is working on it". I am not sure what that means yet but we will see sooner or later

EDIT 2: Nelson has responded to Ed's ban appeal with the following message http://prntscr.com/h2kst4 I suggest you read it before reading the breakdown of what he has said. Breakdown: So to break it down for you guys in the first section he says that the ban is NOT on Unturned itself and that the ban is from the community Unturned discord server. He claims that because it is a community server that it is out of his discretion, however the discord rules say otherwise http://prntscr.com/h2ku6i this is taken from the official discord blog post found in the sources. More specifically >Your server is owned and managed by a game publisher and/or developer This means he can cancel the discord server from official at any point in time and change it to another one removing fr34ky from power. The next section states his personal opinion on the matter he says that depending on the evidence he saw that Ed knew he was involved in a cheating discord. The evidence does agree with this theory and is the most likely chance. The final section is protecting fr34ky from all the attacks, he first states that Fr34ky has done a good job at managing Rocket while yes in the past he has as of recently he has decided to stop managing the project and hasn't fixed and issues in Rocket for months. He claims he has no control over Rocket yet this is also false, he could at any point in time simply disallow Rocket from Unturned while yes this would result in a very bad situation it doesn't mean he has 0 power over Rocket. He also stated that rude behavior does happen to all of us and yes that is completely agreeable and a lot of people have done rude things in the past however people also learn from their mistakes but how he still acts rude to people has shown that he doesn't define his rude behavior as a mistake and is proud of doing it. He also mentioned how this is related to rude comments however Kohai has done nothing to Fr34ky yet Fr34ky attacked Kohai claiming he copied a website. SUBJECTIVE: I would like to mention that the excuse used in the first section was just as said an excuse. He simply doesn't want to unban Ed because that would get even a bigger flame as to how abusive Fr34ky really is
