Camomons VR changes, post Spotlight

Rises:

Garchomp from A to A+/S, one of the best WR of Spotlight, super slashable mon, able to break, put SR and provides decent speed control
Slowking from A- to A, regen combined to slowpivot is just goated
Slowbro from A- to A, same shit as above
Ferrothorn from B+ to A-, prob the best Spikers in the tier now due to Latias dealing easily with Coal/Skarm
Lycanroc-Dusk from B+ to A-, this mon is a huge threat for a lot of classical defensive cores with good speed tier
Corviknight from B to B+, Fight + Bug/Flying is defensively good as we all know. Defog + pivot + recovery is cool
Zarude from B to B+, BU + Jungle Healing make it a really interesting setup sweeper. Good speed tier (above Chomp) with defensive utility
Mamoswine from C to B-, Mamo coverage still decent with goated Ice prio. Oblivious is cool vs Intimi
Scolipede from C to B, faster than 110 mons, SD and decent coverage, Spikes and Tspikes
Thundurus-Incarnate from C to B-, faster than 110, NP and decent coverage. Shouldn't be below Zoroark imo
Tornadus-Incarnate from C to B-, same as above


Drops:

Latias from A+ to A, don't get me wrong, this mon is good! But, A+ is too much for a mon quite predictible and quite passive. I think Latias deserves more A than A+.
Blissey from A to A-, Blissey's insane SpD bulk is less required meaning people have more freedom in building defensive core. But ofc this thing stays good!
Coalossal from A to B+, huge drop for this mon. Coal was one of the best partner for CM abusers but they're gone now. If a lot of hazards remover (Corvi, LandoT, Sala, etc) could lose the duel vs Coal, this is not the case for Latias being able to remove Coal's Spikes while beating it without trouble. Still a viable mon but certainly no more A rank
Toxapex from A- to B+, Pex was used as a glue vs Calm Minders being able to theoritically beat many of them. But yeah CMinders are gone as well as Volcarona so Haze is definitely less useful and you might prefer a SpD wall able to pivot like Bliss or King. Still a good mon ofc but more average to me now
Arcanine from B+ to B, Has anyone seen this mon? It seems dead to me and below the others B+ mons for sure
Weavile from B+ to B, I want Weav to be good or at least decent but the meta seems not suited for it ngl
Gengar from B- to C, play something else tbh

Newcomers:

Tapu fini from UR to C, not a bad Defogger, Misty Terrain support and breaking ways
Porygon2 from UR to C, a "classic" TR setter forgotten previously
