- To be honest, this customer has trust issues. The customer paid on eBay but wanted to send information for his service to be activated via our client area only because he doesn't trust ebay. You can read more about our messages on eBay. and He thinks his information are being checked, assuming he's that important to whatever reason.
- We did shipped or provided the service for him after payment. He have used our service and continue to communicate with us even not under our responsibility. Complaining about things unrelated to our service like his provider is a mess and hacking him or so which is to be honest entirely irrelevant.
- We have on our terms that if a product/service don't work, he has the right to file a refund but only within 30 days and provided that he have given us full access to his service to resolve via remote support or full access to his hosting account.
- He got WHMCS license from us which was already verified https://imgur.com/iNbSrVN and used it until today but what happens is that he complains it doesn't work while it had worked until he broke it and never given us a chance to fix for him and not only that, he has given access to other providers but not with us which explains why it don't work. When he complains, he doesn';'t allow us to resolve his issue. He also cannot understand how to provide enough details (at least screenshots) and don't know how to follow our instructions in plain english to resolve his issue which is why it's very crucial for us to get full access of his hosting account to resolve the issue for him because he cannot understand well but he never gave us a chance to do so. He just keep on complaing how his other providers tricked him or whatever, an entirely irrelevant topic to our service and not our responsibility. He also said that eventually he has provided access to other service providers which supposedly he needs to ask for support from us directly and yet he never given us a chance as mentioned which explains why he is having an issue.
- Another thing, he keeps on harrassing our team. He get angry when we insist to give us access as we know how to resolve his issue but then he keeps on bragging he has been in the business for years and have a lot of customers so he knows what his doing, plus saying he will file in court or whatever which is completely disturbing as we never have done anything wrong and it's getting out of hand so all tickets lately were not usually responded due to his actions and replies that are completely irrelevant to our service with him and he is not working with us even we've done our part multiple times. I hope you can see the real issue here is the customer's trust issue.
