- Minimum you can do here is 30.00 so 30 articles at 1.00 a piece. In the
- title put Seeking Filipino Article writer. Why? Great work ethics, and
- English is there language so most cases there will not be a problem with
- language.
- So now you just increased your bottom end by 2.00 an article. You want
- to make sure that the freelancer can handle your load. Give them an
- approximate of how many articles you will need a day. Tell them that it
- will be on various subjects as well. Make sure they know what LSI and
- keyword 5tuffing is as well. You want all points covered and the more
- descriptive your ad is the better your responses will be. So take some
- time in your ad do not just throw up a 2 line ad and expect to get top
- quality workers as it will not happen. Also be sure to let them know
- that this is just a sample batch and if they work out you will give them
- a raise. Now what a raise? You can or can not but have always found
- that people work 10 times harder for you when they think that they are
- going to get more money in return next time around.
- That is it in a nutshell but remember this is baby steps you must try
- each one in order or else have some money built up to start in the
- middle. If you have no clientele if you have no money built up this is
- not going to work for you. The articles is just an example but you can
- apply it to pretty much anything IM related. Anything you can find on
- forums you can find cheaper by hiring freelancers.
