Why are 2-in-1 Linux devices non-existent?

Why are 2-in-1 Linux devices non-existent? If I remember right, the Ubuntu version of Dell XPS has a touch-screen variant, but it's not (technically) a 2-in-1. The 2-in-1 form factor is probably one of the best things that happened to the PC market because it makes laptops more portable and more usable in various situations, such as taking notes in classes. My brother is currently using a Surface Pro for his engineering classes & he doesn't carry any textbooks or notebooks anymore because of it.
