==========Mitochondria Requirements=========

Entry reqs prove you have some skill, and are to our standard.
> 1500 fame
> Tomb and Shatters experience
> Acknowledgement of the guild rules (requires reading the guild board)

Guild reqs
1. Continued compliance with our rules.
2. Avoid fame stagnation, no required fame req, but low fame will not be accepted.

To build more off on this, we care more about the person than your fame requirement. Just because you don't meet requirements, doesn't mean that you do not matter. We're here to help. Even Beaver... sometimes.

Exceptions:
The Cyberbear Decree - If a member contributes a large portion of guild fame, they gain some leniency.
The Coolfood, Cool Dude Law - If a member is well received within the community, they gain some leniency.

A: Yes, however fame stagnation will be counted as afk.
Q: Will I fame requirements stay the same?
A: No, we will both grow in size, but also in strength. We’re open to changes and amendments as well.

==============Dungeon Experience=============

Our dungeons that we open are divided into two categories: Experienced & Learning. I doubt that I'll need to explain the difference, but I leave the responsibility of choosing which one you go in, up to you. If there is a guild shatters or clean tomb, failure to speak up about inexperience will get you dungeon banned, and lead you into further moderation. Please, we're here to have fun and help eachother out. We will host learning dungeons occasionally, and we have helpful guides here for you!

==================Rules===================

1. Kindness - Respect everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, fandom, or what have you. This also applies to our discord.

2. Hacking - There shalt be none of it. I won't entertain thee, hacker! Thou are in blaspheme! (Seriously though, No hacking).

3. Punishment - Some offenses will get you into probation, rank initiate, while other offenses will get you kicked. Officers can demote you, Leaders can kick you, and Founders can ban you.

4. Drama - Intentional griefing or spreading rumors will result in immediate demotion and will be brought to the attention of leaders. In addition to this, bullying will get you temporarily banned.

5. Have fun - Hey now, you're an all star, get your game on... and some lyrics I don't exactly remember. We're all here to enjoy this amazing game. If you have an issue, message an officer or leader.

===============Guild Ranks================

This is one of the most important sections thus far and will be split up into Ranks and Guild Infrastructure.

Initiate - The probation class.
Member - The standard rank.
Officer - In charge of moderation. Enforces the rules. Can demote and invite people to guild.
Leader - Moderators and role models. Keeps the guild in check. Can kick players. Can elect an officer of choice with founder approval.
Founder - Maintains the health of the guild. Consists of HeyItsWii, and Alarm

Tombs:
- If 3/3, donate 1 Life
- If 2/3, donate 2 Defense
Shatters:
- If 3/3, donate 1 Mana
- If 2/3, donate 1 Defense
Ocean Trenches:
- Donate one third of loot. (Only applies if multiple ot's are run)

=================History=================

        The guild was originally created June 23rd 2016. Since then, we've disbanded once, but we're back baby! (Sorry, I won't do that again)... The originals met back in Village, then split off into Kaboom, which became the Vanguards. After Kraiten quit the game, HeyItsWii founded Mitochondria. Turns out the guild disbanded once more. Due to the rise of Cape, Mitochondria died and we loosely spoke over the coming months. Now, rising from the ashes once more, we're back in 2017!

================Afterword================

       The idea behind this guild, it's intrinsic value, is to make a home for friends who like to play together. To have fun together, and make new friends. I consider a guild to be a family of friends and I hope I can fulfill that dream here. Sure, being in the top 100 guilds is also a dream, but that's something that just happens naturally with us. If you ever need help, I'll be there. - Wii
