Starting Cave Introduction

You awaken with your vision blurred, senses numb and a mild pain at the back of your head. Gradually you regain your bearings. The smell of moss and damp becomes familiar to you, the echoed dripping of water can be heard. Looking around you see four other figures, each one slumped against a rocky stone wall. Trying to move you find your hands have been tied, looking down you realise all of your possessions have been taken, you are dressed in burlap rags. A dim light flickers in front of you, looking up you see past the wooden cage bars a torch lighting a cavern hallway, down it you hear echoed voices, the words you can't quite make out but sound harsh and guttural. Who are you? How did you get here? Who put you here and why?
