Alexithymiaa: -Steph made her way up the driveway with Penny's leash in her haand, excited to get to see Trick and Cadence since missing them on Halloween. Penny was also excited, but thaat wasnt aany different from any other walk she's been on. "She better have pictures. I want to see pictures." She spoke firmly, opening the gate to walk up toward the house. "Oh, and please don't forget Zack is coming tomorrow so we can all sit down and talk."-
Covet: Felix was walking Nugget, rather more like pulling him along because he was short little legs. "I'm sure she's got pictures and how could I forget? You've been reminding me everyday this weekend." He told her with a laugh. // Cadence was holding onto Trick, patting him on the back trying to get him to calm down. He was crying up a storm. "Shhh, It's okay Trick, It's okay baby Mom's right here." She was trying not to break into tears because she knew it was going to be a rough night.
Alexithymiaa: "You would forget your heaad if it weren't attached to your shoulders. I just want this to go smoothly. Is that so wrong?" She asked as she stepped up the stairs and knocked on the front door, turning to face him again.-
Covet: "No, nothing wrong with that at all, and I can respect that, but I'm not going to forget between today and tomorrow." Felix told her wrapping his arms around her as they waited for the door to be answered. // Cadence heard the door and gave a sigh come out. " Thank god." She walked to the door and opened it up. "Come in, come in.. and here please take him, do your magical auntie thing before I burst into tears."
Alexithymiaa: -She smiled and wrapped her arms around him, leaning up to give him a quick kiss. "Thank you for taking this seriously." When Cadence pulled open the door, she turned to look at her clearly frazzled friend. "Okay, okay. Come here." She said, passing Penny's leash to Felix and putting her hands out to take Trick, holding him to her chest. "He just missed us, that's all." She started to walk into the house, giving him some bounces as she walked.-
Covet: Felix took the dog and made his way inside to let them off their leashes to get at the other two dogs, all of them wagging tails and such. "How was traveling, everything go alright?" He asked Cadence setting the leashes on the entry table. // "He's been so upset since the decent on the plane." Cadence said stepping back to take a breath. "Can I get you guys anything to drink?" She asked going from Mom to host mode.
Alexithymiaa: "Aw, did the descent bother your ears?" She asked the crying baby, rocking him as she started to pace the living room with him in her arms. "Water, thank you." She said to Cadence before looking down at Trick and starting to hum and sing to him in a soft voice. Covet: "Ouch, I know your pain kid." He said looking down at Trick then went to sit on the couch getting comfortable while the dogs came over to pile up with him "Yesss, Love me beasties. I'll take a water too." // Cadence walked into the kitchen to grab them both a bottle of water. She came out and Set Steph's on the coffee table and then tossed Felix his. "Yeah, it's happened each time we've come home. They're supposed to adjust eventually right?" She said as she sat down and pushed her hand through her hair. "Thank you, Steph."
Alexithymiaa: -As Trick started to respond to the singing she smiled, slowing it to a gentle hum until he'd gone quiet. "I think they adjust eventually. Although if it bothers our ears, imagine his?" She asked before moving to sit down on the couch, leaning back so he could comfortably rest on her chest.-
Covet: "Yeah, I don't blame him for being upset." Felix said taking a drink before going back to giving all the dogs attention. "How was your Halloween and anniversary with Remy?" // Cadence smiled closing her eyes a little "Yeah, it doesn't help that we've gone to visit that direction more than this. I'm going to talk to Remy about coming this way the next few times, because his poor ears just don't like it." Cadence said then she gave a shrug, "It was alright, His Mom and Dad gave us a night out, so we went to the new Halloween movie, and it was eh.. Then we got back to the house and we were supposed to have sex, but my tired ass passed out early. So it waited until the morning after, right up until Trick woke up."
Alexithymiaa: "Well that's nice at least." She said as she rubbed her hand over Trick's back to keep him calm. "Please tell me you have pictures."-
Covet: Felix smiled and told the dogs to go get a toy. so he could continue to keep them entertained. "She's been dying for pictures all weekend. " // Cadence nooded "Oh of course. We did the whole Alien thing, and Trick was a face hugger." She said leaning up getting to grab her phone off the coffee table to pull up the photos for her.
Alexithymiaa: "Completely dying for pictures. I probably told him six times that you better have pictures." She started to laugh, pointing to her water on the table. "Can you grab that?" She asked him, keeping a hand on Trick.-

Covet: Felix reached out for the phone and handed it over to Steph, "Here you go." // Cadence laughed lightly, "I knew you'd kill me if I didn't get pictures." She said leaning back on the couch as she closed her eyes. "I need a bath. and some tylenol."

Alexithymiaa: -Taking the phone, she started to scroll through the pictures, making doe eyes at them. "He's the cutest little alien ever. I just want to squish him." She said with a wide grin, lowering the phone from her face and holding it out to Felix so he could look too even though he probably didnt care. "Trade me for the water. Oh, if you want to bathe, we can watch him for you."-
Covet: "Trade you for what the phone or the baby?" Felix asked her as he held up Cadence's phone, having taken it from her, but was confused. "Yeah, go get clean relax a little or whatever." // Cadence shook her head, "I can't do that, that's not why you guys came over."
Alexithymiaa: "The water, Arizona. I asked for the water." She said with a small sigh before looking to Cadence. "We came over to see our adorable nephew and that's what we're doing. Go upstairs and bathe before you smell up the house."-
Covet: "Oh right." Felix said handing over the bottle of water to her. "Yeah it's fine. You know don't leave us in your big house with your pets and your fridge, oh and your baby, It's not like we won't survive or anything. He said being sarcastic. // Cadence flipped him off, "Okay smart ass." She looked at Steph, "Bitch I took a shower this morning, the Bath and tylenol are to help me relax. If I'm not down in an hour, come make sure I didn't pass out in the tub." She told them as she got up. "You sure this is fine?"
Alexithymiaa: -She took the water from him and took a quick sip before waving Cadence off. "Just go. You're wasting precious time to relax baby free." Taking another sip of water, she passed it back to Felix since her movement was limited with Trick on her chest. "Don't worry, we'll ruin all of your stuff while you're gone."-
Covet: Felix took the water back from her and set it down, "We're not really going to ruin anything though right?" // Cadence nodded, "Got it. Thank you so much." Cadence said as she made her way upstairs to go get herself in the bath to relax, to give Steph a chance to play house.
Alexithymiaa: "Of course we're not going to ruin anything. What kind of question is that?" She asked him, sitting up a bit with Trick. "Do you want to hold him?"-
Covet: "I was just making sure." Felix said with a scoff. "Yeah I'll take him if you are done clinging to him." Felix said sitting up, "But that means you're on dog duty." He told her putting his water bottle on the coffee table.
Alexithymiaa: -She glanced over at the dogs who were chasing each other around the house, turning back to look at Felix. "I think they're okay." Shifting Trick in her arms, she passed him over to Felix, not letting go until she was positive he had him.-
Covet: Felix took Trick then whined at Steph to let go because he had him. "See, clinging." He told her then looked at the no longer crying baby. "Those awful planes, there is a good reason they shouldn't let babies on planes."
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah, and it's the same reason that Remy should be the one flying out here for visits, not the other way around." She said with SO much fucking attitude, moving her hand to stroke Felix's hair as she watched the two.-
Covet: "I'm sure they're doing their best to make it work" Felix said. "It's not really our place to judge our friends like that." He told her as he held Trick, "especially not in front of their proginy."
Alexithymiaa: -Unamused with being corrected even though he was right, she sighed and looked away from them, watching Penny chase Titus around the corner. "It's hard not to." She grumbled before looking back to them.-
Covet: "I know, but we can't really way what the best thing is for them, because we'd do it differently." He told her looking over at her. "But, we can be here to make it better, that's our job." Felix leaned over to give her a kiss.
Alexithymiaa: -She leaned into his kiss, giving him a smile. "When did you become the morally sound one? She asked, twirling her finger through his hair.-
Covet: "When it comes to family stuff, it's not really shit you can half ass. That's not good for anyone. And as God parents to be... that kind of makes us parents right?" Felix told her.

Alexithymiaa: -She chewed on her lower lip, nodding her head because the words wouldn't physically come out of her mouth. And now she was just looking at him with big round eyes like he was an angel. "Mhm... and you look really good with him."-
Covet: "It's all him, I'm some ugly schmuck compared to this kid." He said to Trick. "Just don't be that good looking asshole who's a cocky shit because it takes you sooo much longer to find a good girl when you act like that."
Alexithymiaa: "I think it's safe to say it's a good mix of you guys together." She leaned in a little closer, resting her head on Felix so she could look into Trick's face. "I don't know, it worked out decently for you..."-
Covet: "Shhh, I can't make him think it's going to be that easy. Look at his parents, he's already got a shoe in." Felix said with a scoff.
Alexithymiaa: "That's true..." She trailed off, lifting her head so she could stare into Felix's face. "I really love the way you talk about him. And to him."-
Covet: "What do you mean? I just talk to him like a little person." Felix said with a shrug. "Though, he's looking tired, and I'm sure Cadence said we should check on her."
Alexithymiaa: "I know, I just..." She trailed off, not wanting to get into it. "Don't worry about it. Just know it's a good thing." She leaned in to kiss his cheek, looking a Trick. "Why don't you put him in his swing? We can give Cadence a few more minutes..."-
Covet: "Works for me. But then what will we do in the mean time?" He asked with a smirk as he got up and put Trick into his swing, making sure to get him secured and tucked in.
Alexithymiaa: -She got up with him to watch him tuck Trick into the swing, waiting until he was all settled before reaching for Felix's hand. "Well I can show you exactly how attractive I think you are right now..." Circling her arms around his neck, she started to pull him over toward the couch for make out things. They wouldnt have sex on Cadence's couch with the baby there. That's too far.-
