-The Animatrix
Some of the segments feature the human-robot wars, especially a scene where a robot girl gets beaten to pieces.

-The Machine (2013)
Soldiers that suffer brain damage are treated with cybernetic implants. A woman researcher working on the project suffers fatal damage and is brought back more machine than human.

-Armitage III
Protagonist is a future policewoman who also happens to be one of the latest model androids. Features slight struggles with dealing with her condition and settling down with a family.

-Chobits
Ever wanted to live in a near future where androids can substitute human companionship? Want to see some light drama on how feeling replaced is? This is it.

-Eve no Jikan/Time of Eve
Androids are commonplace household servants, but lack freedom, except for some hidden bar where they can behave like normal humans.

-Koukaku no Pandora
Sci-fi magical girl/Slice-of-life. Protagonists are a girl that was converted into a robot to save her life and an android guardian.

-Planetarian
Apocalyptic future. A scavenger comes across an observatory with an android running on emergency power whose sole purpose is to give an astronomy presentation. Feels ensue.

-Plastic Memories
Androids exist, they're commonplace, but due to reasons they must be permanently retired after a comparatively short time compared to average human lifespans.

-The Big O
Mecha anime about smooth jazz and giant robot fights. Side character is an android, featured in most episodes.


==TV Shows==

-Dark Matter
Wacky, morally ambiguous space adventures with an amnesiac crew. The spaceship's main maintenance member is an android.

-Futurama S03E15
Some day it'll be as easy as in this episode to have a robo waifu.

-Westworld
Future where people go to a theme park populated by robots pretending to be in the wild west. Guests can do whatever they want with the androids while they're there. Big budget that tries to answer what it is to be human.

-Assault Android Cactus
Twin stick shooter where all characters are robogirls.

-Cave Story

Platform shooter that features the best robot girl. The paid + version lets you play as her. It's pretty much the game that made indies a thing, and it's available for just about any platform.

-Daughters of Ares (Fallout: New Vegas mod)
Author took it down for bullshit reasons, but can still be found online. Features a playable robot race with its own perks and specializations.

-Ghost 1.0
Metroidvania with optional roguelike elements where you play as a robot girl, kinda. Writing is a like/hate deal.

-Lucy: The Eternity She Wished For.
VN where the protagonist opens up to owning a robot girl.

-Starbound
Wannabe Terraria in space. You can play as a robogirl if you can get past the biggest dissapointment in recent gaming history.

-SteamWorld Dig 2
Loot and dig and become better at those things while playing as a cure little steampunk robogrill. Your body's torso is a furnace.

-Cyber F's stuff is all about transforming girls into robots. Many panels could be considered guro though.
