  1. I feel like his links work for if you consider the units he is supposed to be partnered with, despite the fact that hsi teams are tanky that low uptime for his transformation is absurd specifically on difficult modes namely sbr and lgoku, I only really brought up his active in so far as its usefulness in lgoku and in that it is not unreasonable to transform no matter how you slice it, Idk what your standards are for "wet noodle" but I never said that his untransformed state isn't low on damage for an lr (although keep in mind even this isn't true to the extent you claim when there are multiple enemies) like I have said his other positive atributes make up for it and also he absolutely hits above average even for an LR when he is transformed. His healing factor granted is not guaranteed and I never proported it to be, on sbr though it is common enough unless you spam your defensive items at the start of each fight, and additionally his transformation is similar to LR Baby's in that you can actually go into the next battle at low hp and trigger it immediately, I brought up ezas and battlefield not because I think oh cell's heal is guerenteed to trigger or anything but the fact that he has it means that if he does trigger it you practically have the win in the bag for those events, his untransformed state does not peak at 180 rbw, idk where you got that from but I assume you are talking about the untransformed version since you mention health, firstly often times you do find yourself at high hp in the end of that event just simply due to how much health you get from same type orbs and secondly his optimal def is just under 80% with bbb active not at max health, but his transformed state actually can hit way higher defensive numbers than this because not only does the stats from orbs passive factor in any buffs he would have gotten from supports or links or whatever but it actually stacks on with the 120% stats he gets at the start of turn "His additional ATK & DEF +20% per Ki Sphere threshold is calculated separately, resulting in an increase of +44% per Ki Sphere threshold, for a maximum possible boost of ATK +252% and DEF +208%" again these stat increases are before you factor in any kind of support from the rotation which would also be multiplied by the second part of the passive, granted the amount of stats he gets are dependant on orbs but he does need to activate his full passive to get the max defense, only needed 6 for full defense and 8 for his the complete boost. which honestly I find myself needing to give around 6 orbs to my lr units anyways to get their 18 ki so again this is not really a big deal. My biggest problem with your argument is how much you downplay just how much LR Cell gets his transformation off in difficult modes like, a few normals on perhaps your least sturdy unit in the rotation combined with the handful of super attacks that are thrown your way in super battle road can do the trick, you don't have to gimp your team to get it like people try and claim you do its just a natural consequence of hopping into a turn of like sbr for example. I don't really understand why you bring up the fusions at the start there cause like you do realize Cell everywhere except Lgoku has a ridiculously easier transformation to pull off than the fusions right? 6 turns is an eternity is sbr while cell can literally hop into the fight and transform if you ended the last one low (similarly to what people do to trigger LR Baby instantly) Anecdote to be sure but on catagory super battle road I see the transformation happen ~70% of the time (I never claimed it happened always) and on LGoku virtually always. Even without his transformation he is still a defensive beast that gets more attacking power with multiple enemies and has his optimal linking buddy as an aoe unit who heals so even that 30% of the time when you don't have it you still have an incredible rotation for the stage.
