Personality:

Kyoudai Otouto is presented as a foolish and brash man, yet is still shown to be a caring brother. However, his foolish acts can be mostly attributed to his brashness as he tends to act on impulse and get himself into unpleasant situations. Due to this he almost relies on his older sibling to get him out of trouble.



His caring side comes into play only when talking about his older brother, as its been shown on various occasions that he shows no regards towards human life. This, no concern for human life, plays into his sadistic side as he himself states that he burns his victims till they are unrecognizable and that he would've became a serial arsonist if he wasn't born in the house of the snake. He is also shown to not mind to happily commit atrocities as long as it benefits him in the long run.



Being a thief he is known to be quite deceptive and has no problem lying, and or twisting the truth, to his own benefit. Him and his brother perform misleading acts that seem kind on the outside but as both the brothers have no good intentions they're actually more disturbing in reality. However the they see these acts as plain fun, even more so if their 'deeds' go wrong.






Bio:

Kyoudai Otouto was born into the Snake clan with his participation in the Juuni Taisen in mind from the beginning. He would go onto working with his twin brother Kyoudai Ani as a professional pair of thieves stealing highly valued items. Every now and then leaving destruction in their wake, leaving burned down buildings and multiple casualties on the scene.



He joined the 12th Juuni Taisen as the Zodiac of the Snake, with the Juuni Taisen being known for giving the winner one wish, Kyoudai Otouto entered with the goal of wishing for money. However his dream was short lived as he was swiftly eliminated while attempting to inform his brother about another participants suspicious activity.

Flamethrower:

Kyoudai Otouto makes use of a snake-like flamethrower as a weapon and carries it on his back, it uses alcohol as fuel.




Earth's Guidance (CHOSEN ABILITY):

Earth's guidance grants him perfect tracking capabilities. He does this by feeling vibrations from the ground or any other form of surface, this means his biggest weakness are air borne enemies as they have no need to maintain contact with any surface.



Martial Arts:

Kyoudai Otouto is experienced in martial arts, but more specifically the Snake style which imitates the movement of a snake.
