BACKGROUND : Katsumi always wanted to be a performer. when she sang and danced at her parent's anniversary party in front of her relatives her parents saw her potential and signer her up for music lessons and dance lessons. When she was in her early teen years she discovered the world of k-pop. Thats where her dream began when she watched the early girl groups and she wanted to be part of one. That's when she took the courage to audition online by dancing and singing for the famous SM entertainment. At first try she succeeded with her audition and got permission from her parents to train but also keep up with her studies.
