The system counts runes in stacks, so if you have some of the same type of rune socketed somewhere I can't remove any of them. It still isn't allowing me to refund these, so please double check that *all* of your Greater Seals of Clarity and Greater Quintessences of Swiftness removed from your pages so I can refund them. Don't worry, I'll till leave you with the proper amount when I'm done ^.~
