Hi, dear colleagues!
We hope that this letter can be solve our problem which occur with one of the diller your products the Softline company.
This is about renew Ranorex Studio and Ranorex Runtime licences which have been bought a year ago.
According to previous deal terms it could be cost 900 euro unit per year (1 800 € total).
But now we have got renew from Softline which includes Ranorex Enterprise Net New Premium Support Renewal (3 3360 € total) and Ranorex Runtime Net New Premium Support Renewal (430 € total).
Also have been Increased prices of maintences and support for Ranorex Enterprise Floating and Ranorex Enterprise Runtime (2160 € total and 357 € total).
But we don't need Enterprise Net New Premium actually.
Can we buy renew for fair price for our licences without additional? Can you help in our case?
