If see a level 3+ encounter on this pass or next, spam growl on it until on 1-2 hp, then run
After delivering parcel, get town map from Daisy
Pick up Tree potion, then go to mart

Sell: 3 potion
Buy: 34 antidote

Get an encounter in the route 2 grass if not on low health and spam growl until 1-2 hp
Pick up pokeball, both antidotes and the corner potion, then manip a deathfly (see my run)
Spam growl against caterpie

Get an encounter on route 2, run
Menu flash in gatehouse
Run from Trainer-fly encounter (Hope for Slowbro)
Walk through forest normally
In gatehouse:
Swap antidotes to slot 4
Toss potion (use it if in red bar)
Set cursor to Save
Walk in front of brock guy, save and reset
After reloading, flash pokemon, then pretend to toss 16 antidote (click on toss, scroll to 16, then press b)
Talk to brock fan

You should walk right into a house
Hold down to exit house
Open menu as soon as possible
Flash pokemon
Toss 22 antidote
Walk down around mart, then up to bottom row of flowers
Hold left and buffer a to talk to brock fan
NOW you can actually control where you go, walk through walls to Cerulean cave using the old nsc path
Ditto manip (same as nsc)
Get an encounter

If Ditto, run and get another
If not, transform
Turn 2: swap move 1 and 2, then use a non-damaging move
Repeat until Ditto is dead, then spam growl with Bulbasaur

Walk straight to mart
Sell: 14 antidote
Buy: 3 Pokeball

Double distort for f4 (same as nsc)
