In my opinion, I have quite a bit of experience as a staff member and I have been playing Skyblock for a good few years now so I know how it works. I can also help by Managing the forums and watching discord and watching chat if anyone needs help or someone is breaking the chat rules. That's why i think it'd be better to recruit more staff members that are different time zones, And since it's summer i'm on every day and am able to help out as much as possible. I have been playing for a long time, and know how the basics of being staff on this server works, I also know that Cipheria can be confusing to others, at the beginning, and understand their need to be more people that can help them, Also you should accept me because of my experience as a staff member, Also it's summer for some people including me and in the morning there are no staff members on which means there can be many players who cause disturbances/cheaters, that's why i could be here to make sure the chat and the server would be clean. I feel that I can bring a tremendous amount of help to The server. First off, I'm an extremely active member. I can help clean the server of players who cause disturbances/cheaters, toxicity, and other things of the sort. I am a well-mannered person and I can deal with problems efficiently. I play sky block a lot so I know my commands and I can teach other players that are new or not new some techniques. I spend most time of the day monitoring chat and giving people ideas on their applications on what kind of things they need to add on their staff application on forums.
Also, I'm always 100% respectful towards all players, I will never ever abuse my granted permissions/privileges. I'm obliged and committed to my job and will always complete a task that needs finishing. I know what to do in most situations as I will explain now. If someone is hacking, First of I can't ban them under any circumstances if I don't have proof. If they are in denial, I can provide them with the proof. If someone is spamming, First of all, I will give them 3 kicks, Which would represent as warnings. If they have bypassed all these warnings I will take further action and temporarily mute them for about 10-15 minutes, If after this time period and they are still spamming I will give them 1 last temporary mute if after this and they are carrying on, I will give them a permanent mute. if someone was disrespecting, I would give them 2-3 warnings, if after these warnings, And they are still disrespecting they will receive a 35-40 minute mute, If after this and they are still disrespecting they will receive a permanent mute.


Also, I can bring enthusiasm towards the community, Make other players enjoy there time to the server, I can get rid of all the players who are hacking. And truly just give my 100% to make the server the best I can, and do the best I can do. I would like to say with my maturity and trustworthy, you should hire me as a staff member. I would never disappoint you. I can make a big impact on the hacking and drama started on the server. I know a lot about hacking and I can definitely tell who hacks. I am also quick to report people. I get the job done with initiative and preciseness. I don't report someone without thinking it through. For example, I go through the thought process of deciding whether or not it is against the rules and whether or not my evidence is good enough. I thought processes such as these are needed to get the job done as fewer mistakes are made when actions are thought through before they are done. I answer people's questions about the server all the time. I respond pretty quickly too so I don't make them wait too long, which could cause them to get impatient and disconnect. But sometimes, I often see a lot of Advertisers going around on people's server where there were no mods on that time. I'm trying my best to make your server as healthy and social as possible by staying online and responding to questions, requests, complaints etc. I can handle long conversations and pressure without a problem, and I truly enjoy helping others with their problems because it gives yourself and the person you're helping a great feeling



● Why do you want to become a staff member - I would like to become a staff member so I can help the community. And make it a better place for all players. In previous experiences, I have seen certain individuals being disrespected due to their lower status and their problems go ignored. I hate having to sit by and watch this activity take place as I think it is unfair and unjust. I want to become a staff member as I would make it my top priority to help people as such. I will make sure all problems that are said whilst I am present are solved or I try my best to fix the problem. I want the server to be a place where everyone can feel equal and fair.
