Download Core FTP LE. (google it)
Launch the program.
File --> Connect

Fill it out like so..

Site name: Biocity
Host / IP / URL: ftp.vganger.x10.mx
Username: Biocity
Password: ************ <------ Your password you login to x10 with
Port: 21 (it should be, if it isn't just go to the Control Panel, click 'FTP Accounts' then click
'Configure FTP Client' and copy the the number is says after 'FTP Server Port'
Connection: FTP

Click 'Connect'.

One it's connected, double click on 'public_html' on the right side.
On the left side, locate the files you want to transfer from your desktop.
Once you found them, drag and drop them into the folder on the right.
