Patient Lookup should include all HIV #s (ART, PART, EID) for HIV clinic.

Patient registration should include home village, mother's maiden name.
-> Need to finalize where this data will be stored, looked up from.
-> Should this data be added to the patient summary screen?

HIV Clinic Registration should include question 'Reason for Visit', with answers

'Intial ART Visit', 'followup ART Visit', 'EID initial visit', etc.

Refferal question should be added to Outpatient Diagnosis.
-> Currently have ability to ask 'Refer to which location'
-> Might want to ask 'Refer to which program/service?' followed by location if

necc.

Referred from? should be asked at beginning of OPD (or all?) encounter.

Prescription module should be finished, and plugged into appropriate workflows.
-> Need to finalize list of drugs in EMR.

Outpatient diagnoses should be coded to appropriate HMIS codes.
-> Claire needs to create the new diagnoses.

Outpatient diagnosis should handle synonyms (any concept name lookup should also).

Soundex should be used for Outpatient diagnosis (and any other concept name

lookup).

A label should be printed at the end of an encounter with relevant info for that

encounter.

Outpatient diagnosis, in front of clincians, should include:
Diagnosis with mapping
Referral
Treatment prescribed
Label printed

Pharmacy lookup should be built for certifying that a prescription was filled.

Need to be able to create identifiaction numbers, such as monthly serial numbers,

PMTCT numbers, ART numbers.

We should be able to check if a patient is enrolled in the HIV program (ie, HIV

positive) so that we can find out their status.

We need to be able to enroll a patient in a program (ie, the HIV program and/or the

PMTCT program).

We need to be able to set a patient's program workflow state, and retrieve

information based on that state.

We need to be able to specify the relationship between two patients (ie, mother and

child).
