Bio:
Artur is a huntsman and chief falconer of the Selesse family, the post passed to him upon death of previous falconer, his father Jarl. His mother, Oliphe, is grand-granddaughter of Duke Legarl, the very one that rose against the last King of Second Dynasty. However, she was disinherited for marrying a non-noble, so the 'Legarl' part in Artur's surname doesn't grant him any aristocratic priviledges.

He is very close with William of Selesse, the future Duke of this land, and had grew up together with him since they were toddlers - Artur is barely half a year older than William. Some jealous maidens often joke that there's something 'deeper' concerning the relationship between Artur and his lord, but both deny any accusations, especially that after receiving the chief falconer's post, Artur rarely spends time with anyone from Selessian duchal family.

Artur is also very interested in old ballads and stories, and thus he often pays visiting bards and dancers some extra for their performances if they agree to tell him a story.
