Jio Realme Bonanza Offer – 2018
Preliminary
1. This promotional offer from RJIO/RRL (defined below) is being run on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart mobile app and Flipkart mobile site (collectively “Platform”), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”).
2. By participating in this Offer (defined below), the user (“You” or “Your” or “Eligible Subscriber”) agrees to be bound by:
a. these terms and conditions;
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of RJIO/RRL.

Definitions

1. 'Cashback' shall mean Rs. 2200/-, which shall be credited in the form of 44 cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each in the MyJio App of the Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first Recharge on the Eligible Device on or after 4th October 2018; and
2. “Cleartrip Coupon” shall mean a one-time e-coupon code generated for an Eligible Subscriber upon performing the first Recharge, on or after 4th October 2018, on the Eligible Device subject to the terms and conditions of the coupon code stated herein below in Annexure-A
3. “Additional Data Voucher” shall mean additional 4G data voucher of 10GB offered to the Eligible Subscriber upon performing Recharge on the Eligible Device.
4. “Eligible Device” shall mean, (i) Realme 2 Pro; and (ii) Realme C1 mobile devices of OPPO Mobiles India Pvt. Ltd. (“OPPO”) purchased between 4th October, 2018 and 31st December, 2018 and activated for the first time on the RJIO network, by an Eligible Subscriber, on or after 4th October 2018 by performing Recharge between 4th October, 2018 and 31st December, 2018. The offer is applicable only on the Indian version of the Eligible Device.
5. “Eligible Subscriber” shall mean a person who (i) has purchased the Eligible Device; and (ii) is an active subscriber of the RJIO prepaid services; and (iii) is enrolled to the “Jio Prime” membership plan.
6. “MSISDN” means mobile station international subscriber directory number and for the purposes of this Offer, shall mean the mobile number assigned to the Eligible Subscriber for availing RJIO prepaid services.
7. “Offer” shall mean this (i) Cashback made available by RRL; (ii) Cleartrip Coupon made available by RRL; (iii) Additional Data Voucher made available by RJIO.
8. The Offer is applicable for prepaid customers of RJIO only.
9. “Offer Benefits” shall mean the benefits accruing to the Eligible Subscriber under the Offer as shown herein-below.
10. “Recharge” shall mean a recharge performed of Rs.198/- or Rs.299/- prepaid plan offered by RJIO.
11. “Recharge Cycle” shall mean validity period of 28 consecutive calendar days, starting from the date of activation of RJIO SIM, and subsequent periods of 28 consecutive calendar days each.
12. “RJIO” shall mean Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited.
13. “RRL” shall mean Reliance Retail Limited.
14. “T&C” shall mean the applicable terms and conditions of the Offer.

The Offer and the benefits hereunder shall be made available by RRL/RJIO to an Eligible Subscriber.

Benefits of the Offer (“Offer Benefits”)
Cashback
An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge on or after 4th October, 2018 shall be entitled to Cashback.
Cashback received by the Eligible Subscriber shall be redeemed in the following manner:
• Each voucher of Rs. 50/- provided under the Cashback, can be redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber, upon a Recharge in MyJio App only (“Eligible Recharge”);
• Only one Cashback voucher of Rs.50/- can be redeemed per Eligible Recharge.
• In case of Eligible Device, a maximum of 44 Cashback vouchers of Rs 50/- each, can be so redeemed by the Eligible Subscriber on or before 31st May 2022. For avoidance of doubt, all unredeemed Cashback vouchers shall expire on 31st May 2022.
Additional Data
An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge, shall be entitled to an Additional Data Voucher.
• The Additional Data Voucher would be credited to the account of Eligible Subscriber within 48 hours of the Recharge.
• On such respective Eligible Device, the Additional Data Voucher, as may be applicable, can be availed per Recharge, upto a maximum of twelve (12) Additional Data Vouchers, on or before 31st Dec 2019.
• Where any applicable Additional Data Voucher is redeemed during a Recharge Cycle period, the benefits attached to such Voucher shall be limited to that Recharge Cycle period and any such benefits that remain unutilized at end of that Recharge Cycle period, will expire and be forfeited. Such Additional Data Vouchers that are not redeemed within 90 days of credit shall expire and be forfeited.

Cleartrip Coupon

An Eligible Subscriber, who, during the subsistence of the Offer, performs Recharge, on the Eligible Device, with the same MSISDN, on or after 4th October 2018, shall be entitled to a Cleartrip Coupon.
• Save and except enabling the availability of the Cleartrip Coupon on the MyJio application of the Eligible Subscriber, RJIO shall not be in any manner responsible for or liable to the Eligible Subscriber for matters relating to or in connection with the Cleartrip Coupon including but not limited to its redemption, benefits, transactions, use, suitability, eligibility, functionality, applicability, validity, etc.

Terms and Conditions of the Offer ('T&C')
1. The Offer is valid for Eligible Device purchased on or between 4th October, 2018 and 31st December, 2018 and activated on the RJIO network for the first time, on or after 4th October 2018.
2. These T&C shall be read concomitantly with the terms & conditions of Jio Prime Membership and CAF.
3. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature. For avoidance of doubt, where an Eligible Device is activated/recharged under a subsisting cashback offer of RRL, this Offer shall not apply thereto. The decision of RRL/RJIO on the applicability of an offer to the Eligible Device shall be final and binding.
4. An Eligible Subscriber who have previously availed cashback offers provided by RJIO for the Eligible Device shall not be eligible to avail this new offer.
5. RRL/RJIO recognizes that the choice to be contacted for promotional messages and alerts is that of the Eligible Subscriber. RRL/RJIO intends to keep the Eligible Subscriber informed on matters relating to the Offer and any upcoming offers from RRL/RJIO for the benefit of the Eligible Subscriber. Accordingly, by availing the Offer, the Eligible Subscriber hereby consents to be contacted by RRL/RJIO and such consent shall remain unaffected by Eligible Subscriber’s registration in the National Do Not Call (“NDNC”) registry under the relevant category stipulated therefor.
6. RRL/RJIO reserves the right to cancel/withdraw this Offer at any time, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. However, the benefits accrued to the Eligible Subscriber on or prior to the cancellation/withdrawal of this Offer, shall not undergo any change.
7. RRL/RJIO, may, at its discretion, modify any of the terms and/or conditions and/or any aspect of the Offer, without any prior intimation to the Eligible Subscriber. The modifications so carried out will be posted on www.jio.com.
8. If any term/ condition under the T&C of the Offer is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such term/ condition shall be severed from the other terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions of the Offer.
9. Any claims, issues, damages or losses with respect to the Eligible Device shall be the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer of the Eligible Device and RRL/RJIO (including its affiliates, group companies or parent company) hereby disclaims, any and all claims, losses and liabilities, whether or not arising out of, or in connection therewith and / or this Offer and the terms and conditions governing the Offer. This disclaimer shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and shall survive cancellation/termination/determination of this Offer.
10. In no event shall RRL/RJIO (including each of its affiliates, group companies or parent company) or its directors, officers, employees, agents or other representatives thereof be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any other damages of any kind, arising out of or related to the Offer.
11. The Offer Benefits are non-transferable.
12. The Offer can be availed only once per MSISDN & IMEI.
13. This Offer is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Department of Telecommunications (DOT) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
14. Eligible Subscriber hereby authorizes RRL/RJIO to collect his/her personal information including name, address and mobile number and share with its partners so as to enable the Eligible Subscriber to avail the Offer. The Eligible Subscriber’s personal information will be stored and processed in accordance with RJIO Privacy Policy and RRL Privacy Policy which are available at https://www.jio.com/en-in/privacy-policy and  https://relianceretail.com/privacy-policy.html, respectively.

1. The Eligible Subscriber shall follow the process mentioned below to avail the offer:

The Eligible Subscriber shall open www.cleartrip.com or download the Cleartrip Mobile App and register themselves as a user.

2. Upon booking a domestic roundtrip air travel tickets / domestic hotel stay on or between 4th October 2018 to 31st January 2019, the Eligible Subscriber shall be eligible to the following benefits:
a. Rs. 500 cashback into Cleartrip wallet on a minimum booking amount of Rs. 5000 or above for round trip domestic air travel ticket; and
b. Rs. 750 cashback into Cleartrip wallet on a minimum booking amount of Rs. 5000 or above for domestic hotel booking. The offer is not valid on unrated & 1 Star Hotels.
c. Rs.1000 cashback into Cleartrip wallet on a minimum booking amount of Rs. 15000 or above for round trip international air travel ticket.
3. Cleartrip wallet cashback can be redeemed in subsequent transactions across any flight / hotel or local experience on Cleartrip.
4. The validity of cashback credited in the Cleartrip wallet is 60 days. For avoidance of doubt, any cashback amount in Cleartrip wallet that is unutilized within 60days of its credit will be forfeited.
5. Transaction capping per card: 1 domestic flight transaction + 1 domestic hotel transaction + 1 international flight transaction allowed per card (i.e. total 3 transactions).

1. What is the Jio Realme Bonanza Offer?

a) “Jio Realme Bonanza Offer entitles a cashback of Rs. 2200 for eligible devices on Jio network for the first time by performing a recharge of Rs.198/Rs.299 Jio prepaid plan on or after 4th October 2018. For eligible devices, upon 1st successful recharge of Rs.198/299, 44 vouchers of Rs.50 each will be credited in MyJio app which can be redeemed, one at a time per recharge, against subsequent recharges of Jio plan of Rs.198/ 299, via MyJio App only.
b) In addition to the cashback, eligible subscribers shall receive 10 GB additional data, upto a maximum of 12 recharges.
c) The customers would also get a Cleartrip coupon in MyJio app, which can be used while booking domestic air tickets, domestic hotels or international air tickets to get Cleatrip cashback of Rs 2250/-.
