Therapy shit

Tsaaq: Hayley sat on the bottom of the steps as she eyed the door, waiting for Adam to arrive as she twirled some of her hair around her finger.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam stepped through the front doors, one of his Captain t-shirts folded neatly over his arm as he walked straight for the front desk, smiling at the receptionist and dipping his head down to sign his name onto the lined sheet. "How is she tonight?"-
Tsaaq: She rested her elbows on her knees while leaning forward, now staring at the ground and letting out a sigh. // She looked up at Adam and smiled. "Why don't you ask her yourself?" She replied before pointing to where Hayley was sitting on the stairs. "I would say good though if she wasn't right there." She answered anyways.
Alexithymiaa: "Thank you." He nodded his head to her before moving around the side of the desk, walking over to where Hayley was sitting. "Hey. I didn't know which one you would want, so I just picked this one." He held the shirt out toward her, bending his knees to crouch down to her level.-
Tsaaq: She took his shirt and held it to her chest as she inhaled deeply. "Thanks." Hayley said quietly then looked at him. "Ready to go upstairs?" She asked him even though she wasn't moving from her spot.
Alexithymiaa: "Mhm, lead the way." He gestured with his arm up toward the stairs, glancing up and then back down to her when she didn't actually move despite her words.-
Tsaaq: She sighed loudly and forced herself up onto her feet and clutched his shirt tight. Hayley slowly went up the stairs and grumbled once they reached the top. "Her office is this way." She told him in a whisper as if it was a secret. Hayley walked down the hallway and went to stand in Dr. Epstien's doorway. // She looked up from the various papers on her desk and glanced at Hayley. "Come on in, close the door behind you." She instructed, pushing her glasses up her face and shuffling her papers into a neat pile.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam followed Hayley up the stairs and down the hall, his eyes wandering as they walked because I imagine he hasn't been this way in the facility yet. He stopped behind her in the doorway, poking his head inside the office to smile at Dr. Epstien, keeping his mouth shut.-
Tsaaq: She sighed as she went to sit in the chair across the older woman's desk and waited for Adam to sit down as well, still not letting go of his shirt. // Dr. Epstien pulled the cap off her pen and began to scribble on her notepad. "How're you today?" She asked, hesitating a moment then lowering  her head once Hayley didn't reply, quiclly writing. "I see you brought somebody today... Hello." She waved at Adam.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam stepped into the room and sat down in the chair beside Hayley, folding his hands neatly in his lap and instantly becoming a little nervous because he'd never been in a situation like this. "Hi. It's nice to meet you. I'm Adam." He moved his hand to reach out toward Hayley, giving her forearm a gentle little rub.-
Tsaaq: She frowned as she kept her head down until he touched her. "He's my boyfriend." She muttered reluctantly. // She rose her eyebrow a moment but mantained a cool expression, still writing. "Well I'm doctor Epstien, I handle Hayley's one on one sessions. It's good to meet you." She flashed a smile and went serious again. "Are you experiencing any side effects from the medication? How's your sleeping doing?" She looked to Hayley while she made her inquiry, pursing her lips when the response was silence.
Alexithymiaa: -He took her hand in his, lacing his fingers with hers and leaning forward to peer into her face. "Have you been sleeping?"-
Tsaaq: "Yeah... After I take the dumb medicine I pass out almost instantly." She replied then bit the inside of her cheek. // Dr. Epstien nodded her head while writing, looking between Adam and Hayley. "Your body will probably get used to it soon. Don't worry." She said before putting her pen down. "Wow, we're doing great, two whole responses." Epstien said a little chipperly. "What would you like to talk about?" She asked as she looked at Hayley.
Alexithymiaa: -Adam smiled at Hayley, not looking back to Dr. Epstien and just focusing on Hayley's face. "Tell me something you haven't told me yet."-
Tsaaq: She furrowed her eyebrows and shrugged her shoulders looking between Epstien and Adam. "Umm..." She grumbled then pouted a moment as her gaze moved to his face. "I don't know." Hayley said sheepishly. "I've been trying to read the books in the recreation room... They're okay." She started to say. // She nodded her head as she began to write on her pad again.
Alexithymiaa: "What books are in there?" He asked with the tip of his head, trying to keep her attention on him rather than the doctor.-
Tsaaq: "Dumb stuff. Most of them are either a series that's missing volumes or like... Books that I can't really get into like there's this one with a vampire but there's a chick detective and she lets the vampire feed off of her and it makes her nipples hard, I definitely like, put it down and went to bed..." She trailed off after explaining, laughing a little at the tail end of her sentence. // Dr. Epstien couldn't help but look between Adam and Hayley while they spoke, furrowing her eyebrows as she went to try and pull out a few papers while Hayley spoke.
Alexithymiaa: -He started to laugh as she explained the book, shaking his head. "That doesn't sound like something you would read. Maybe I should bring you some books from my collection tomorrow. What would you feel like reading?"-
Tsaaq: She bit her lip a moment while thinking. "Well... I would like something funny that would cheer me up, something good too." Hayley pondered. "I don't know, maybe you should pick." Hayley shrugged. // Dr. Epstien observed carefully, clearing her throat a moment. "Sorry to interrupt but how did the two of you meet?" She interjected with her finger raised,  turning to a fresh page on her notepad.
Alexithymiaa: "I'll go through what I have and see what fits that criteria for you." He turned his attention to Dr. Epstien, taken out of his conversation with Hayley that he'd only really fabricated for her benefit during the session. "Uh... camp last Summer. We were both counselors. And her brother."-
Tsaaq: Hayley grinned then let her face relax once more pressing her lips tightly together. "Then we had classes together and stuff and we hung out a lot." She chimed in. // Dr. Epstien nodded her head while listening. "Ah, so you go to the same school." She said.
Alexithymiaa: "Yes." He spoke up, shifting in his seat to face her instead of Hayley. "We both started at the same time."-
Tsaaq: She fell silent a moment and lowered her head again. // "So, you were around for... Basically, the unpleasantness." Dr. Epstien said a little awkwardly.
Alexithymiaa: "Uh..." His eyes shifted between Dr. Epstien and Hayley before nodding slowly. "I guess you could say that..."-
Tsaaq: Hayley remained quiet while the two spoke, letting out a burdensome exhale as she slouched in her seat. // She frowned a moment. "We don't have to talk about it if you don't want to, I was just wondering if you two were... 'Involved' if you will, while all of those things were happening."  She said quickly. "But we can move on to the next subject..."
Alexithymiaa: "Oh. No. No, we weren't." He moved his hand to scratch at the back of his head awkwardly, breaking his eye contact with her to look down into his lap.-
Tsaaq: She pursed her lips, getting up from her seat and headed for the door. // "Oh." Epstien said quickly as she began to scribble on her pad again, only writing faster when Hayley got up.
Alexithymiaa: "Halo..." He pushed up from his chair quickly to turn and follow her, making sure to keep his hands to himself because he knew she was upset and didn't want to trigger anything. "Are you okay?"-
Tsaaq: "No." She answered indignantly as she kept her head down. "I wanna go to bed." Hayley whispered. // She watched the both of them with a careful eye, raising her eyebrow.
Alexithymiaa: "Okay." He turned back to look at the doctor. "I'm sorry. Have a good night. It was nice to meet you." Turning back to Hayley, he gently laid his hands on her shoulders, giving her a little nudge through the hallway.-
Tsaaq: Hayley frowned as she went into the hallway and stopped to pull his shirt onto her form then began to walk again, towards the pharmacy. "Sorry." She sighed.
Alexithymiaa: "You have nothing to be sorry for. I think that went really well." He gave her shoulder a quick rub, glancing around as they walked. "Where are we going?"-
Tsaaq: "I have to get my dumb medicine or I'll wake up my roommate with night terrors or something." She replied as she went to stand at the window, waiting patiently for the night pharmacist to give her a little paper cup of water and another with pills. "Everybody is asleep probably. You won't get in trouble." She told him.
Alexithymiaa: "Oh... Okay." He glanced down at his feet as he waited for her to take her medication, turning to look toward the door. "Sleep well, okay? I'll come back in the morning with some books for you."-
Tsaaq: She tossed the pills into her mouth and drank her water, tossing the cups into the garbage. "Okay." Hayley said softly. "Thanks for coming to my session, even though I ruined it." Hayley shrugged, kissing his cheek. "See you in the morning." She said, sniffing his shirt as she walked into her room for sleeps.
Alexithymiaa: "Goodnight." He waved her off before turning to head toward the front of the building, stepping outside into the cold to make his way back to his truck.-
